Nothing about our stay was enjoyable! The photos of the hotel and rooms were not what the web site showed. I have taken many photos they should use as an up date. The wallpaper was coming off, the walls were damaged in the room and front desk and covered up by a couch, the bathroom was not clean, mold all over bathroom, floors dirty, windows did not seal, air conditioning leaked out of window so rooms never got cool enough, hallways smelled, hallway walls damaged, hallway floors old and dirty, carpeting in hallway had patched areas and needed to be replaced, the banister was connected to floor with L brackets. The web site did not tell us the hotel was in a ZTL zone so we could not drive to the area without getting a ticket. Not happy with our stay at all. I spoke to the gentlemen at the front desk about our concerns but he basically told me he couldn't do anything about it.

The location is really good, specially if you arrive by train. It is a 5 min walk to the duomo, and overall it is very near to everything. It’s in a commercial street, so at night it’s also well illuminated, and with movement, making it more secure. The room was clean and with enough space for two people. The decoration is a little wired, not the prettiest hotel but that’s the least. Overall great

The best budget friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was wonderful, the room extremely nice. The location deserves 11 stars out of 10. Would stay here again, and will recommend to my friends. I liked everything.

Excellent location, you can walk under 15 minutes to most key spots. Secure swipe entry with lift access. Our room aircon unit was faulty or overloaded during a heat wave. Staff were super helpful and were able to relocate us to another room with functional aircon.

The location was perfect. It was close to both the train station and the city center, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were also very kind, friendly, and helpful. We couldn’t close the window completely, and there was no kettle in the room.
