The location within the heart of Florence was ideal - only a few minutes walk from Santa Maria del Fiore. The nearby restaurants were all wonderful. The breakfast was unimpressive to be kind - some juice, yogurt and granola. We skipped it after the first morning.

An excellent hotel choice close to the main sites but also the train and bus station for connections with Tuscan villages. The staff were very friendly and informative and spoke fluent english (!!!). The hotel was a renovated old mansion with beautiful painted ceilings in our room! The breakfast was also nice. nothing

Great location. Wonderful staff. Superb experience to feel the vibe of Italy. Sleeping in a room with original frescos from the 16th century is a cannot miss experience.

Since the building is old so the entry systems are a bit old. The room had no hot water kettle. Also no view just facing the next building.

location. super nice staff. bathroom. Unbearable noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. I heard snoring from other guest at adjacent room. There’s a learning curve on finding this hotel as well as getting in and out of gates/doors.

The woman running the hotel was wonderfully nice and helpful. We had the room all the way at the top and it was glorious. Breakfast was also great. Nice location, probably only 6 min walk to train station. Loved it

Everything exceeded my expectations compared to the other places my family stayed at in Rome, Venice, Munich, and Paris. The personnel were exceptional and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone staying in Florence.

The location was great! The room was great! The morning staff seemed very overwhelmed. We did not get all of the breakfast foods that were available, however, the only person on duty seemed very overwhelmed. The coffee was very very very stale.
