Rooms are updated and clean and Spacious . Old Howard Johnson. New owners are putting a lot of funds into renovations. Good option for NAU visits. Building looks old on the outside but the rooms are nice. If you're planning to use the mico kitchen you need to request all the cookware utensils plates and silverware. There is none in the rooms

Great customer service!! Very easy check in and check out process and cleaned room whenever requested. 24/7 coffee was nice, as well as discount cards to the burger place down the street. For the price, well worth it considering everything you get, especially for flagstaff!

Not the hotel you see in the pics.

The room was very clean. The young gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. He was very helpful and went up and beyond expectation. Would stay there again.

Absolutely amazing room for the money. Parking gets a lil packed, but they own the budget inn as well so you can park there as well! Would definitely stay again!

Despite the kitchenette and fill-size fridge, there are no utensils or dishes. The coffee machine in the lobby made great latte and cappuccino.

I expect this place to be really cool when they are done remodeling. No elevator which is something to factor in. The guy from the front desk offered and carried my suitcase up which was awesome.

Person checking us in was efficient and polite. Room was clean. Shower not as clean. I really don't like find the previous guests adult hairs in the shower. The sliding barn door on the bathroom was a joke. Loud, didnt slide well and left a large gap that provided less privacy than normally expected for a bathroom. We had a kitchenette room. Microwave and stove didnt work. They were plugged into a dead outlet, cords were to short to plug in anywhere else. The sink had a garbage disposal, but no barrier of any kind. Watch your fingers!! Overall, it was a nice place, rates are good and it looks likes they are fixing these things.

Very friendly and courteous front desk person at check in. Rooms were remodeled and clean. They do mention there there is a $100 hold on your credit card which is standard. Then they mention while you are signing your name at check in that you agree to an automatic $250 charge on your credit card if they find anything broken or damaged, say if the TV no longer works. So, I checked my room thoroughly and reported a few things that didn’t work, like the phone and the TV (TV was fine it just wasn’t paired to remote). The staff worked to resolve the issues right away, and I was not charged additionally for anything because I left the room in good condition. I booked with Expedia, which said I received a perk for free parking…they said they already provide free parking which is good.

A special thank you to Sai, who was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed anything. We were so happy with our stay that extending it was an easy decision. If not better than expected, it was certainly every bit as good as advertised. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value, excellent service, and a comfortable place to stay!
