Check in a breeze. Cindi, the manager, is patient and helps everyone. Breakfast staff are constantly working to make breakfast as easy as possible in a clean environment. The pool and hottub were clean. Beds comfortable. My family chose this hotel for its ease to NAU and other area attractions.

Decent hotel. Nothing fancy but was clean. The breakfast was okay.

Very comfortable and affordable. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Quiet, clean, great staff. Pool looked very cloudy, needed some maintenance. Parking was tight on the weekend. Breakfast was OK but lack variety and imagination.

Absolutely amazing in every way. Extremely clean and the all of the staff incredible!!

As soon as we opened the door for the first time, we were met with the smell of feet. The towel rack in the bathroom was very rusty. One of the towels had a visible stain on it before we even used it. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was horrible, but breakfast was ok. Staff keep it stocked well and it was always clean. It sounded like the people above us were going to come through the ceiling.

Room was basic. Clean but outdated. Tiny bathroom with sink in the main sitting area. TVs were small. Not enough towels. Rust on the accessories in the bathroom and industrial strength toilet paper. Breakfast-bananas were perfect! Everything else mediocre at best.

Clean rooms, bed a little uncomfortable but over all a good stay. Helpful staff.
