Santozen Suites

The location was amazing and had everything we needed for an awesome stay, was also very quiet and peaceful.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the area was quiet. We loved the deck. We would absolutely book again!

They were exceptional in accepting our last min reservation, as our ferry to depart the island got canceled that morning. We didn't know what to do and found availability there. They graciously helped us and were very kind as we had to walk our luggage to their location that morning. They even helped us figure out where to go and make new travel arrangements. Rooms were perfect and excellent location to walk to the main shopping areas.

Location was great - very close to the center of town. Although no one was at the front desk, the staff was very responsive to the booking.com messages and replied very quickly to any questions I had. There was a small terrace off the room which was good for drying clothes after we went to the beach. The size of the room was very small - very tight for two people to maneuver around in. Also, the bathroom was very small with no shower curtain or door. The entire bathroom got wet when someone showered, and since the drain wasn't working properly, the entire floor flooded,

Everything was modern and stylish! And it’s 5 minutes walk from Fira bus station so really helpful for us (we didn’t rent a car). And the price was really affordable compared to other hotels. I would definitely stay there again!

The accommodation was very clean, had A/C, comfortable bed, good hot shower, netflix, kitchen and living room, nice terrace,and situated down a quiet road , with a small supermarket at the top of it with all essentials you may need. A excellent location for all the restaurants, and 5 minute walk to the main bus station which services all. of Santorini also 13 minutes from the airport. Katerina the host, was available by phone and whats app for anything we needed and answered us very promptly, also we had a late flight, and she allowed us to stay much later than the checkout time , which enabled us to enjoy our last day! We really enjoyed our stay in Santozen Suites, and would definitely stay again, when we come back to Fira. Nothing

Location in Fira near many restaurants. Quite and comfy rooms. Short walk to start of the Fira-Oia walk. Nothing.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Nothing wrong with this property, but Santorini itself was one huge deception. My advice: don’t go!

I recently stayed at Santozen Suites in Fira, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The room was a perfect 10/10 – spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It was cleaned daily to a high standard, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Fira, close to all the local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and relaxing. If you're planning to explore Santorini, this apartment is the ideal base. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Fira!

Location and comfort Bathroom a bit too small, but OK overall

The rooms were amazing and so quiet. we were also close to the action - a walk away but in a quiet location so we had the best of both worlds. We had a great welcome each day and great recommendations of where to go and eat. it's a brand new place and is such good value. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I visited again l.

Central and Nice rooms

Great location & the staff were brilliant! Super helpful with Port transfers, etc. It was a perfect stay. 10/10 for everything! ☺️

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless with a lovely balcony, and the location is super convenient, being near the bus station and close to various restaurants and attractions
