We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Santorini. Everything was exceptionally clean, organized, and well maintained throughout our visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always providing helpful recommendations and guidance that made our experience even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated their generosity with the late check-out, which was a thoughtful gesture and very helpful for our travel plans. The welcome wine was a lovely touch, and we truly enjoyed spending time by the pool and relaxing in the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel. Every detail reflected great care and hospitality. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well organized. The staff was exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with recommendations and directions, making our time in Santorini even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the generous late check-out, which made our departure much more comfortable. The welcome wine was a wonderful touch, and we loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Santorini!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very centralized to everything. The white wine was a nice friendly welcome (though we didn't finish it as we don't really drink alcohol haha).

Golde Star hOtel has a very good location within easy reach to restaurants and shops in Fira. Our room was big, clean and with lovely sea view. The staff was warm and polite and helped us with our requests. We rented a car to travel around the island and as the hotel has a parking area, it was very convenient for us.

Hotel central from the town. Only 3 minutes walk and you right in the centre on the main town where you find all the restaurants and shops you need. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was luxurious and welcoming. A huge thank you to Anastasia at the front desk. She made as feel welcome with great advise regarding restaurants, points of interest etc. Went out of her way to organise a bbq grill for us ;-). Our room was spotless and featured a stunning balcony view. Big round comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with great shower. Room was serviced everyt day with clean towels and bedding. Must compliment the cleaning staff for the towel figure on the bed every day. Alwasy a surpriseto look forward to. Wifi was great and free. Guest parking which was easy accessible. The Verdict: We will definitely be back! Missing meal fascilities but don't this stop you as restraurants and delivery services very accessible.

It was very good! All location and parking and facilities! It doesn’t have elevator and the AC unit has a noise that annoys all night.

It was our second time staying at this hotel. We appreciate the kettle, coffee maker, pool towel and the ability to leave our luggage after checkout and enjoy the pool. Thanks so much!

Brilliant location, close to Fira yet very quiet area. Lovely swimming pool & the owner Marco is so accommodating and helpful. My second time staying there & hopefully not the last.

Lovely family hotel, beautiful sea view, kind staff and great location!

Proximity to buses, market, restaurants, three bells of Fira and ease of luggage mobility given Santorini landscapes. The seaview was also great from hotel but note that it is facing airport side. Real Santorini views are on the other opposite side. The staff failed in providing Eftpos baaed taxi transfer, while the taxi experience was amazing. Despite requesting Eftpos taxi, I was asked to withdraw cash from the Atm at the airport at last minute. Better taking normal Eftpos taxi at better price.
