Pousada Aconchego Noronha

1. O café da manhã é bom, o Josimar faz excelentes tapiocas e ovos mexidos. As frutas são boas mas inconsistentes, tem dia que tem 2 opções, e tem dia que tem 5 opções de frutas. 2. O ar-condicionado do quarto funciona bem 1. Isolamento acústico dos quartos não é bom. Se a pessoa do quarto do lado está conversando ou assistindo TV, você escuta e tem dificuldade para dormir 2. ⁠⁠Se alguém caminha na passarela em frente aos quartos, o chão treme e faz barulho dentro do quarto 3. Num dia de chuva leve, o teto do quarto encheu d’água e começou a pingar na cama. Tivemos que mudar de quarto 4. Wifi é ruim, só funciona em locais bem específicos, e não consegui trabalhar do quarto (nem era vídeo-chamada, mas somente trabalho regular) 5. O quarto não é muito espaçoso; o chão é levantado (estourado) e portanto batemos o pé várias vezes nessas elevações do piso 6. O⁠ banheiro é todo remendado e improvisado; a janela nem fecha. O vaso sanitário (que é mal colado no solo) entupiu inesperadamente e ficamos sem por vários dias, precisando utilizar o vaso de outro quarto 7. ⁠⁠Fomos proibidos de encher uma garrafinha d’água no café da manhã

The staff was extra friendly and willing to help. The actual rooms didn’t quite match what was shown in the photos. Small things in the room need fixing.

The breakfast is fantastic. So much variety! The location is great. The room is really small and can be loud in the morning and night. That's because of people arriving late and being loud. Also, there is a gym across the street, lots of traffic on their street. So, not their fault, but the front room can be loud to sleep.

The staff was very friendly. Especially Rafael, the property manager was quite friendly and he did everything to help and was very responsive most of the time. Noisy: if you are looking for a place to rest and relax, this is not the place to stay. There was a lot of noise from the neighborhood which made very hard to sleep. There is a Hostel besides the hotel which had people speaking very loud every night. One specific night they had a party which went passed 3am! Very small rooms: hotels in Noronha usually are small, but this has been my my third time on thehe island and definitely the smallest room. There was not even place to seat in the room. If you are not planning all day excursions and want to spend more than sleeping hours, this place is not for you. No amenities: the hotel has literally zero amenities. There is not even an small garden or anything. Limited food for breakfast: they had issues on the first day (nobody showed up to serve breakfast!), but they apologized (after we inform the mgmt) as the person was late (it happens). However, on last day, we arrived 1hr before the end and there was VERY limited food available. But the big issues was that they had a chocolate cake ready and when I asked to have a piece, they said "oh, this is for tomorrow" ?‍♀️

Very clean and comfortable place with delicious breakfast. Exceptionally helpful and friendly host as well as rest of the staff. Would highly recommend!
