Kind, very helpful and extremely welcoming staff who also provided lots of insightful tips on what to do and visit. Great breakfast, good location and rooms always super clean. Everything was lovely

Pousada Naiepe is perfectly located and within walking distance to town, great restaurants, and some fantastic beaches. The Pousada is clean, nicely decorated, and the breakfast with several choices is fantastic. The afternoon coffee and cakes provided each afternoon are a treat. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful, recommended great places to eat and excursions, and even made dinner reservations and booked tours. I was so glad I chose to stay here and would recommend it to others. Everything was great.

Staff are very friendly and exceptionally helpful, gives good tips and information about the island and passeios. They always cater to our needs. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is great, you order what you like for next day breakfast. Pousada is close to many good restaurants and beaches. Nothing

Everything! The owners and the girls that work in the kitchen are so nice and helpful. The pousada is always clean and breakfast was amazing everyday! The only thing that I would mention is that because the floor is made of wood you could hear the other guests, but nothing major about it

Beautiful pousada with nice garden and lounge area. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Staff always helpful and attentive. Air conditioning is a bit old and not very efficient. Some improvements are needed. Also good idea is to add at each room a ceiling fan, save energy and is excellent for sleep at night.

Exceptional

Very friendly staff, great communication before our arrival. The room was just as on photos, clean, well maintained. You can choose what you want for breakfast a day in advance and the food is tasty. There is coffee, tea and a different cake every day for you to enjoy during the day. The location in convenient for a walk to the beach and also very near to a shop and many restaurants. We felt very wellcome and would definitely come again. The only negative thing is the buggy we rented in the pousada which was is a bad condition.

Everything is great about this place. From the excellent taste in every detail to the amazing staff and owners. They really make you feel at home here. It is truly a place of dreams! Couldn’t ask for better!

this is a lovely little hotel right in the heart of the town. close to the beach, great restaurants and bars, and lively hiking. breakfasts were amazing and yummy and the hosts were so so so kind and treated us like family. nothing. loved it.

the hotel was super charming, super comfortable, clean, minutes walking from the city center where most of restaurants and bars are. the best of it was the staff, all of them are super nice and helpful. breakfast is also amazing!
