Mt. Rose Hotel

I stay at this hotel every year when I come to town for tactical training. Most recently, 8/16. The desk attendant was very kind and accommodating. I asked for a late checkout and she gladly accommodated my request. The room I booked was very spacious and very clean. Great proximity to nearby restaurants, etc.

Exceptional

The parking was easy and secure. Staff were always pleasant. The air conditioning was heaven sent!.

We loved our stay, this is our 4th stay here. Super clean, friendly and close to everything. Thank you for being consistently great 👍

Nice smaller hotel that was clean and quiet. The older lady at the front desk was very friendly. Glad I stayed there.

VERY DANGEROUS ⚠️⛔⛔⛔‼️‼️‼️ very ran down/ dirty upon arrival SCARY , SKETCHY NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY establishment ! VERY DISAPPOINTED In my stay ! Dirty rooms , beds with urine & poop stains, broken air conditioner, unprofessional & low class staff , front desk is very rude one of them approached me with a head nod one time, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! Very DISGUSTING the bathtub had human bodily fluids in it , I’ve never seen housekeeping sanitize anything ! The owner stays ON THE PROPERTY, all the rooms are terrible except hers ! very uncomfortable and creepy they walk around and stare at you all day & night ! Even people that don’t do anything ! THE AIR CONDITION IS VERY MOLDY AND CAPED UP WITH DIRT ! They let anyone stay here ! Be ready to carry your luggage up and down the steps And the rooms do not have microwaves you have to pay almost a extra 20 bucks just to get a microwave or share one with everyone else that’s disgusting! The phones , blow dryer & even some lamps do NOT STAY HERE !!!

Bad

Close to the hospital and price. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as it has been before. There was more noise than usual going on outside near the hotel.

Great hotel clean and worth the stay

This is a nice quiet motel for the most part, but it could stand to have a maintenance person on staff. Some of the furniture items could stand an update. The chest of draws could be repaired, but would be better off if replaced. The bed could stand to have the mattress replaced, and the desk chair does not operate and needs to be replaced. These were items found in room 121. All in all, management could do a better job of room inspections and be visible for customers to speak with. Most of the time they are not present, but on site. This is a nice business, but if matters such as these are not addressed, it will soon become just your average low rent motel.

Location, cleanliness

The rooms are very clean and the place is very nice and cozy. The only thing not having a coffee maker in the room but other then that no complaints.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. I would suspect it was totally renewed recently. It was not near to anything but seemed like a very safe area, a plus for Fayetteville.
