Everything was fine except they need to exterminate more frequently…The hotel has a bad roach problem and to many ppl just standing around out in the front of the hotel…Other than that, fix those issues and I’ll remain a loyal customer…

Nice staff. The floor in the room needed to be swept and mopped. There were no hand towels in the room. The tub was dirty.

Unhelpful and dishonest, both the establishment and Expedia attempted to hold funds despite no services rendered. Insurance and the word of the front desk person meant nothing once it came time to speak directly with Expedia and legitimately assist with my issue. The area was not the safest, with individuals approaching us as we pulled into the parking lot, while in the parking lot, all after 11:30pm which did not help us feel comfortable at all. Would not reccomend for families.

My stay was way above my expectations. The staff was phenomenal the rooms are extremely clean and this is definitely a hotel that I will me staying at again and agai. Thank you Extended Stay Cliffdale Rd No complaints at all

Front desk person was wonderful but when we got to the room it smelled clean, but we were immediately greeted with roaches on the counter!!! We turned around and left before we even set anything down!!! I don’t need extra traveling companions- thank you but NO!!! Front desk person immediately refunded us though

The clerk assured me that I shouldn’t have issues because my room was on the second floor, which is the non-smoking floor, although she mentioned that the third floor can get a little rowdy since it is the smoking floor. As I entered the building to head to my room, I noticed a smoked cigarette on the floor. The elevator was not very clean. Once inside my room, there was a very strong smell of cleaning products, almost as if someone was trying to cover up another odor. The counter and floors were dirty, the beds resembled jail cots, and there was chipped paint throughout the room. I stayed in the room for about 10 minutes before deciding to go back downstairs to request a refund. When I returned to the lobby, I noticed children running and playing in the hallways. I asked the clerk if some of the people were living there, and she confirmed that some residents do live on the property. If you are looking for a clean hotel and a good night’s sleep, this is not the hotel for you.
