I loved my stay Im here for work

Location is nice for walking along river. Front desk staff rude, but housekeeping staff was nice and helpful.

Could be cleaner and people in parking lot was uneasy

Loved having quick and easy access to Berg Park. A favorite when I visit Farmington, now two :) a nice, clean, and quiet space.

The cars outside on the road were very loud and you could hear everyone talking outside, but that can't be helped by the staff. In the end, it was entirely adequate. Not fantastic, but worth the money.

Clean room. Staff were friendly. No issues with parking.

The queen beds ARE NOT queen beds they are full but besides that it wasn’t bad

The room was clean and well maintained. The fitness center was really just a treadmill, an elliptical, and a yoga ball and mat, but no weights. The security doors to enter the building were intimidating and effective, but made us nervous about why they might be necessary. The location is convenient to the beautiful river walk that stretches through the town, but the strip of run-down commercial road the hotel sits on is not attractive or quiet. Still, the room itself was quiet and comfortable, and a good value for the price. A lovely and popular restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is next door, filled with locals.

I wish they had a full hot breakfast.

Excellent location, close to downtown. Quiet and clean. Good value for the money.

Everything was good except the metal door that goes to upstairs that made noise all night when people went in and out. Bottom Rooms by the stairwell are not quiet.

The bed was very good and it was very quiet. But the free breakfast was cereal, some fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. No place to sit down and eat. Oh yeah they did have a waffle maker. It seemed like a very sketchy place.

Comfortable beds, but bugs were everywhere.

The cleaning staff kept knocking and yelling early even though we had a late checkout negotiated with the front desk, and I was short on sleep before a big drive.

Not great - not the worst. Do not count on a genuine “continental breakfast.” There is a febuplous restaurant sharing same parking lot!

Staff was great, that wasn’t the problem. Our sheets were stained. The bathroom was tiny and had severe water damage and was essentially falling apart around us. The parking lot was dirty as well. Overall, I would never stay here again.
