Terrible mold on pillows and no hot water. RUN AWAY. HORRIBLE

The place is filfthy though . Had bugs everywhere nothing was clean. Considered leaving but Expedia would not pay me back if I did . Do NOT recommend .

El recepcionista no fue nada amable, cuando llegue a la habitación la puerta del baño no cerraba porque estaba dañada, no se que allá pasado, pero el baño estaba sucio y tenía un jabón usado tirado en el piso, fue muy mala la estafa alli.

Staff was helpful and friendly.. as for the room: Floor was wet next to the fridge, possibly bad fridge. Towels had stains one possibly had dried blood on it. Headboard was missing leaving a sharp edge where a board was nailed to the wall, only two small pillows.

Place was dirty, smelled awful. Towels and sheets had stains. Pool and hot tub were advertised but they were not usable, filled with garbage. There was supposed to be a microwave in the room and there was not, plus there was no remote for the tv. I did not feel safe there. Would never recommend for anyone to stay there!!

Terrible experience, dirty 2nd floor hallway stinks of weed, wall socket not working cant charge your phone I understand they are renovating but dont give the rooms if they are not fully usable. Beddings have stains, carpet needs shampooing, they need to vacuum under the bed too. Stay away if you have the means

For the price this was a decent place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Our TV did have bad lines through it on the one side & the shower door when closed was very hard to open.

Dirty room, clearly had not been cleaned or even vacuumed. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. Toothpaste in the sink. Only one outlet worked in the entire room. Booked a queen and got a king so that was nice I guess.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I wish there would have been a pool or hot tub. Also the water pressure in the shower was not good. The location was good and the bed was very comfortable.

Terrible place. Felt unsafe. Positive reviews on this place are shocking to see. Not clean not in a good area. Do not recommend. People passed out in the front on the bench. No place to walk my dog. Room smelled like body odor. Carpets were stained.

There was dog poop in the hallway trashes were overfilling stinks bad bed sheets were never changed prior to our stay or during our stay

My daughter's socks, and our feet were filthy just from walking around the floor of our room We had to call the front desk phone number to wake up the desk person because our room didn't have any toilet paper The TV in our room didn't work There were no screens on our 2nd floor window so we could not open it The staff were very unfriendly and extremely rude when we asked for additional towels The wall of our room was covered in pink substance The bedding was stained and the whole hotel smelled like dirty water and mildew

How much it was to clean thw whole entire room by myself almost everyday and having to scrub everything down up to the bathroom shower and the nasty a.c unit also the phone had a disgusting huge man toenail on the phone keyboard also the people who keep on cleaning the rooms seriously need to start scrubbing underneath the beds because of the the janky somewhat not new tile floor that's under the beds we're so disappointed and disgusted with how much stuff and trash and how my own pillow from the wall in between there was maybe 2 days or so and it had so much junk trash dust mites and another foul odor coming off the floor tiles and the wall that shared the same wall as the bathroom was so stinky I could not stand it that I had to ask for a whole new bed sheets and a whole new pillow case and pillow because of how many stains there was on the one I was using you could tell whoever was able to say they worked there at this location had been doing a horrible job I had to throw away multiple towels because of how many times they kept telling me that they had no cleaning towels or cleaning properly for me as being over at the same room for over 4-5 weeks straight.. I did not like how even when I was in the middle of moving while having to stay here the owner or the front desk manger that would never be at the lobby front desk only time he was tryna talk to me as I was a little kid and I hated how much I was paying everyday for him to sit there and say that I was not able to pay later than the next following morning because I had paid over $200 for like over a week during the week of 4th of July and the following weekend 3rd week was even as much as $300 a night for not a single day I had to end up leaving before I waa able to even move me and my family my kids into our condo or apartment that we were house hunting for while staying here.. I also know that with me being as young as I am he sure did not care if I had to pay that much and always said I had to hand him the money in the lobby at the front desk but would sure make up different options for him trying to get another one up on me and my family by taking advantage of my home living situation and my vulnerability to saying g he would help me and my family out with reasonable amount rates for each night but would not take 100 on day then take another 50 this day then another 300 the next I had to have the full $550 a week for me and my fiance and my toddler daughter meanwhile there was another family staying roght across from me and my family and they had way more kids and way more traffic than I and thwy only had to pay him $225 a week.. and did not have to have the full amount for that one week that this family was staying here..
