The hotel location is wonderful. Based on the area this hotel is 4 star for the city it is located in, but otherwise 3 star if comparing this hotel for someone visiting from outside the country. Breakfast and staff is excellent, with all the available facilities, but the rooms are old and restrooms lack cleanliness.

Very good facility. Near to airport but little away from Lata Chowk and Saryu ghat. Excepting some minor drainage issue in bathroom, that were attended in time, rest was very good. Ambience , staff , restaurant , way of receiving guest , helping for luggage during checkout was exceptional. Food ( Lunch and Dinner ) was very tasty and good. Me and my family enjoyed the food and hospitality of staff who were very well mannered. Pricing of your restaurant could be competitive. Breakfast taste, quality and price all needs tremendous improvement. Also quality of Tea .

The rooms, location, parking, srrvice, and food at the restaurant was excellent!!! The staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, the restaurant served delicious food. Beautiful place. Best hotel ever. Everything was excellent.

There was an event in their hall downstairs with extremely loud music. I complained and they moved me to the 3rd floor, painstakingly we moved the luggage etc. They promised the music would finish at 10pm, but even past 11pm the music was blasting away. How can one stay in a hotel with such loud nice is beyond my comprehension.

Wifi is good and the person at travel desk Bipin is helpful. 1. Bathrooms are not clean. 2. They have a wedding going on and with wedding DJ even after midnight caused so much trouble to sleep. 3. Their breakfast buffet is horrible. They charge over 550 INR per person for one of the worst breakfast buffets I ever had. 4. Their receptionist in the morning of Dec 5th was very rude.

New properrty and clean. Breakfast is good and delicious. Quality of the properrty is not good. As water spills over in the toilet. Shower hose was broken and leaking.

1. Mattress sags down so deep as they did not use box springs; 2. Blanket and the towels were used so much or worn out; 3. Stain on the bed sheet. 4. Water just floods when taking a Bath; 5. Bathroom lock is poorly designed; 6. Water smelled in bathrooms

Horrible place Brajesh, the front office guy, was so uncooperative and so ruthless in conversations...after paying sky rocketing prices, he was harsh while talking...pathetic service shud be reported for removing from booking.com
