Breakfast was full of choices and tasty. We ate on china plates and used real glasses. The motel has a lot of character and charm. Very nice!

I can’t recommend this place to any normal person that values their life and possessions. Stay away.

Great breakfast

This is a bed and breakfast, or a hostel with a private room. My room was wonderfully clean, spacious and comfortable. I did sleep with earplugs due to the relatively close proximity to Fairbanks airport. But I slept well! Note: seven Gables requires multiple flights of stairs to reach your room. If for any reason, your lifestyle and stairs do not mix well, this property should be avoided.. Price point was good. The building features a large lawn space, a two story greenhouse and what appears to be passive solar intent. It’s unusual. The entry features a ceiling mounted stained glass art piece of Old Testament biblical imagery. A little wonk perhaps, but aren’t we all interested in a good story? I’d stay there again. :)

Nice quiet atmosphere. Kitchen available at night to eat left overs. Nice breakfast

The personal were all very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom window was stuck open, which made it the have some outside noise. The main noise came from the check in lobby directly outside room. There are step stairs so I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

You get what you pay for, no air conditioning, rooms on 3rd floor but elevator doesn't work, stayed 6 nights never changed the sheets, only got clean towels twice. Staff was helpful when we had a problem but had requested a king bed but didn't get it

There is nothing nearby. Run down house turned into a weird motel. You get what you pay for. Dont count on breakfast.

Older property, not air conditioned. Room was too warm all night. No elevator, quite a few stairs to climb. Fire exits were not marked and not easy to find.

Theres so many amenities just ask about anything the staff is very nice

It would’ve been nice if they had a shuttle from the airport to enhance the experience. The bathroom was old but well maintained and had a Jacuzzi tub. We actually really enjoyed. It was delightful and breakfast was good.

This place was very disappointing mostly because of false advertising. The rooms in the pictures on Expedia a significantly nicer, cleaner and with more space and nicer furniture than the poky, closet-like windowless room we ended up with. It also didn't have black-out curtains (there was only a window in the bathroom), as was falsely advertised, and our biggest issue was the noise. The place is extremely noisy. It's like the walls and doors are paper-thin. The blankets, pillow, etc. were also stained and not very clean looking (the pillows in the living room area smelled terrible).

It was such a unique Inn. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast service was great!

Cleanliness of room was not very good. Daily maintenance didn't happen. Don't expect new or innovative treatment/accommodations. It is lacking in cleanliness (cleaning service was lacking!) found hair that was not mine upon arrival and it remained throughout my 10 day stay.

We went 1 hour before breakfast was finished, there was no juice, no eggs, no one checked or refilled any breakfast items at all,very scarce, not filling, cause u could not even get a serving, when u were early
