They were clean. The vending machines were broken when I was there and I didn’t have lightbulbs in two lamps in my room but other than that, I had no issues.

I am now requesting a refund for the motel west that I did not stay at.

Be back there before the snow starts

Pretty good, I enjoyed it , quiet most of the time AC blasting was wonderful giving the heat , a 2 minute walk to the movies . A 10 minute walk to the mall, perfect besides the fact that it’s just a really busy intersection so gotta be careful when walking, but besides that I’d stay again

Hotel was a place to stay along our travel route. We didn't do anything in the area except sleep. Our room was in need of some repairs, but we were only stopping for a few hours to rest, so we weren't concerned. When we checked in, we were told there was a 100 dollar deposit fee that we would get back. Next customer was told a 50 dollar fee. Why the difference? We had no pets. There really isn't much of a breakfast, so be sure you have another plan for breakfast. The area to eat consists of just 2 tables.

Very well centrally located to where we needed to be. Check in was easy. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Only thing that was a negative for us was the smokers at the entrance. It smelled rough but inside was clean.

Nothing What a frugging dump. Horrible odor throughout the whole place. Smelled like an Indian restaurant. Didn’t use or stay there and went to fleck to cancel and get a refund but it wasn’t given. Hotel.civil was absolutely no help with this either. Through with them !!!!!

Hotel lobby smelled bad. 1st room smelled like dirty wet dog, a non-smoking room that had cigarette burns in the bedspread. Bathroom was nasty. Went to the front desk asked for a different room, got in the 2nd room it may have smelled a little better, but also had cigarette burns in bedspread, yellow pillow cases and stains on the ceiling. We changed clothes and left and did not return. Found a better place to stay. Pictures on website are very deceiving!!!

There wasn't enough accommodations to hang my clothes.

Ok stay for one night traveling with our dog. Cheap rate so we knew it wasn't the Hilton. Very quiet and 15 minutes from downtown and river walk for dinner. Definitely needs some repairs in walls where paint was peeling, wall patched, window shade torn.

It was easy to find. Parking lot allowed parking near my room. Breakfast was okay. Not enough pastries or muffins. Maybe they didn’t put everything out. I was there around 6:40 am.

If you want a fancy 5 star resort with a gym, pool, restaurant etc, this is not it, but it is definitely worth the price. I was there for 5 nights and will stay again when I go back to the area. The only thing I wish they would do is put no-slip strips in the shower. It was a little scary getting in & out of the tub. I was afraid of slipping.
