I wish that I had been given better directions to get to the hotel from the train station. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Just about any option I could have wanted. Better directions to the hotel.

Breakfast and facility for breakfast was good. Fresh fruit and good variety. The hotel is undergoing some renovations which are badly needed. My rooms were old and tatty. Although they were clean

Close to centre of Esslingen Ground floor rooms overlooki busy street which is very noisy from 6am onwards.

Location and locked doors on the first floor meant I had to go outside to get the dining area

The property was within easy walking distance of town centre in a very quiet area. The staff were polite helpful and courteous and able to answer any questions posed to them. The room I had was at front of hotel facing onto the street and although I forgot to close the window on first night and was able to hear people out at front door no such problems for remainder of my stay. The room itself was more than I’d hoped for and very spacious with more than ample room for clothes storage. The bathroom was an more than ideal size for a single person and fresh towels everyday, the shower was clean and easy to use . The breakfast area was large and plenty of seating , the choices were plentiful and simple more than enough choices for most people . There was a cooler which provided cold drinks in reception area No safety deposit box in rooms and although both key for front door and telephone number provided there was no night staff on front desk . Could do with kettle with tea n coffee in rooms maybe in other rooms but not mine .

I stayed to see a EURO 2024 match in Stuttgart and the place was great. Very near public transport (bus is across the street) and we could get to the Stuttgart stadium in 30 mins. Comfortable and large rooms, very clean and the breakfast was really great (lots of fruit and veg), Esslingen is also quite a quiet place so it was great to have a comfy place to retire to after an active day. Nothing in particular. Was a bit pricey but I think this is due to the EURO 2024 surge pricing. Still reasonable given other accommodations.

Parking area close to the location 1 bathroom for 9 people it is definately not enough

Property is simple and just what you need. It was the staff that made my stay by staying at the lobby until I could check in and get my keys. The woman was very kind and a hard worker .
