Comfort Inn & Suites Erie - Splash Lagoon Indoor Waterpark

This hotel was furthest away from splash lagoon but you could still access it though the halls without going outside. We had room 106 which was great to access the indoor heated hotel pool from your sliding door in the room without going through all the hallways and you could see the pool from the rooms porch area. Staff were nice and helpful especially the pool man. We were having an issue with some creepy man while we were in the pool and when i told the pool man about it he took care of the situation and the creepy guy left because it was just my son and I. I would totally stay there again. They had breakfast every morning it was so nice. The beds were comfy and you could make the rooms so dark with the curtains they had it was great. The sliding doors did leak because it rained a lot when we were there so the floor all along the side the bed was wet but you dont walk on that side anyhow so it really wasnt a big deal. There was a sign in one of the halls that said they were renovating so im sure its on their list to fix. Oh and there were restaurants all around us and a gas station which made traveling easier.

The location close to the splash lagoon They never serviced our room for 3 days. Had to go to the front desk and request service that we still never received

I loved the staff especially Mrs Brenda and the executive suits are awesome Time to use the pool. It closed to early.

I liked the location. Very central to my work place and eatery’s. I liked the pool and the staff. I disliked that breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30. Some of the working class has to be there by 6. I disliked that there is no “adult” time in the pool from 10p-12a. For the adults to get a swim in without being hit with flying footballs or splashed by kids jumping in.

The first room we were given had a smell to it so we asked to get another room. The 2 nd room was for handicapped people because the bed was literally on the floor and very uncomfortable. Will not be going back to this hotel when I visit Erie

Power kept going out i lost my work documents

Room wasn’t ready at check in then no pool access for disabled

Also, hair dryer was to be in room and there was no hair dryer to be found. had a nice breakfast. and rooms was clean. and front staff was very friend. also convenient to get to Splash Lagoon.

Decent stay

Tub drains slowly, hole in our bathroom wall. Outside of building had mold growing on the brick. Pool was OK and continental breakfast was okay for hotel breakfast. No security as back doors where always unlocked. Who knows if the cameras actually worked.

Was near restaurants and shopping and most staff were Pleasent. Had to ask for towels and conditioner which was left in room could not install conditioner on wall. Dirty towels left in bathroom and garbage taken out by myself. Stayed 6 days no room service
