Love this place and the shopping center in the area great

AC doesn’t function well in my room. The room were excellent. But Personally I feel like Mattress were low quality. I prefer firm mattress for good back support and they use spring mattresses. As a result couldn’t sleep well. Also there was humming noise due to AC. I kept it to 66 F but still couldn’t get room cold enough. The staff was very friendly helpful and courteous. Also breakfast was really good and well prepared. Few things were really well and few things weren’t.

Located next to a huge mall . The room was spacious but curiously no body lotion was provided. The free breakfast was ok but finding a table might be an issue. Parking on site cost $45 with an option to park at the parking structure across the street for $25. Staff was helpful.

I was left with a terrible impression of the hotel because they charged a $200 deposit, which was frozen. A few days later, the $200 was changed to $137. I’ve written to the hotel, but they haven’t responded. Everything was definitely fine—nothing was damaged—so the reason is unclear.

I liked the entire ambience of the hotel. There were nice places to sit inside the lobby and outside by the street. The rooms were very clean, including the bath and the bedding. It was so pleasant to stay in a room that was tastefully decorated and large and relaxing. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, French toast, fresh fruit salad, lots of variety of breads, English muffins, cereals, steel cut oatmeal, etc. One thing that was unusual was that the heating/cooling system was central and stayed a very pleasant temperature with not a lot of noise. Location was great to get to Berkeley. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking at the hotel was $40 and across the street $25.

Love the is hotel!!!! We’ve stayed there many times and only stay there when in town.

clean and big space

The room was spacious with two parts, a couch area and the king bed area. Both had a view of the tv. King bed was very comfortable. My daughter stayed on the pull out couch and was just fine. The room was clean and welcoming. Shower pressure was nice and the towels were soooo soft!! Probably my favorite thing about the room!! The breakfast had a lot to offer for a hotel breakfast. We did have to pay $40 to park at the hotel but it was worth it for peace of mind and convenient access. Staff was responsive, kind, and helpful.
