Over all good stay clean room.
-
It was pet friendly which we were happy about and they had a nice yard for them to use with baggies to pick up their poo, so that was great. They had a nice breakfast and the rooms are clean. Nothing fancy but clean. Im not a fan of all the hotels that have switched to the sheet and a comforter. For me the comforter is to hot to have on and the sheet isnt enough. Please all hotels...provide a blanket that can be used, even if you have to get it out of the closet.

Room was not what I had paid for but they reimbursed the difference

Older but well kept and friendly. I recommend it

We traveled to Oklahoma from Arizona for our uncle’s 90th birthday party. This property allowed us to bring our dogs. The property was clean. The staff was beyond helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong room thinking it was just me and my husband and ended up bringing my daughter and they accommodated us with getting us a room that had a sleeper sofa. They offer a breakfast in the morning, which is basically all you need to get started.. I highly recommend this day if traveling through elk city Oklahoma

Definitely need to get the elevator fixed ASAP. This was a terrible inconvenience having to haul luggage up 3 flights of stairs then all the way down the hallway to room.

We stay here a few times a year while traveling to visit family. The staff is always friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And they are great in that they allow my dog to stay, which is one of the main reasons we originally chose this place. But when it was a great place to stay, we continue to stay here.

The elevator wasn’t working
-
There is no elevator. Carrying everything up and down from the third floor was a pain. The staff said the elevator was been broken for over a month. How extremely inconvenient for the housing staff.
-
The elevator wasn’t working. No offer of a discount. Since I booked with Expedia, don’t know if they could. Breakfast was meh. Powdered eggs and the meat was subpar. Didn’t get clean towels after the first night.
-
The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The property had some maintenance issues. The elevator was broken and the refrigerator in the room was damaged.
-
convenient and nice stop along the highway. Grateful to be allowed to have our dog stay with us. Staff was helpful with dining recommendations and morning breakfast was good.
-
Clean room, clean towels, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Right off the interstate 40. Recommend if you're looking for a safe, well lit parking lot. The elevator is currently out of order, which was not an issue for us. Ice machine available. Hot breakfast available. Shower has really good water pressure! AC in the room, worked just fine.
-
The elevator was not working and the stairwell was a little dark.
-
Very nice and very pet friendly!
-
Elevators didn’t work, I have an emotional support animal and the lady didn’t except it.
-
Great place to stay clean great staff and good breakfast
-
We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. No rooms were available on the first floor. My husband has back problems and I have knee problems. This ruined the stay for us.

No working elevator

It is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel but when you arrive they say pets are not allowed on the beds and they collect a $100 deposit for any dog hair on the beds. This is additional to the pet fee. That is not pet friendly and this policy should be seen before reservation ls are made. I never saw it, maybe it was in the small print ?
