Location, convenience, friendly staff, easy check in and check out. The only issue was that the garage disposal was not working.

Great hotel

The room was clean but the comforter had pink hard spots on it... The room also has pull down blinds that let light in on the sides. The front had no eye masks or ear plugs for noise either. The breakfast attendant was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. (Ask for waffle mix if there is none out). People took advantage of taking extra free coffee for their personal containers and he was nice about replacing it. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers didn't pump and it's hard to use lotion when it's stationary and also doesn't pump great. They host a church group on Sunday mornings and it's kind of nice but two needles on the outside in parking made it uneasy. We didn't use laundry and the weather was bad so didn't use pool either but it appeared clean.

The hotel was clean the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great hotel and amenities, great location. Definitely recommend.

The air conditioning in my room made an annoying noise, so I kept turning it off and then, when the room got too warm, had to turn it back on. I did not get a great night's sleep to prepare for an 11-hour drive back to California the next day.

The rooms AC was way to loud, I have stayed at this location previousl;y and had great experiences. The room had a new unit that was not even connected to the wall thermstat. Someone took the cheap way out. Will give the Holiday Inn the opportunity on the next visit. House keeping skipped service on our room the first day and did not keep up with restocking the bathroom.

Property was very clean and kept. Lobby area was inviting. Nice seating area and small bar. Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was fabulous and made the trip convenient and very pleasant during a stressful trip.
