The owner is nice. The water from the tap and shower smelled like rotten egg constantly, the tap would clog up and water was dripping everywhere. Tiny little fire ants completely got into every single thing which i brought. No way to keep them off, they come from everywhere, walls, ceiling, random cracks. If you are a light sleeper forget this place you will hear everything going on in the whole building, people also slam their doors like its necessary. I have probably never had such terrible sleep in my years, if not from people then i would wake up from the ants. If you buy water from them in the morning its 80php in the evening its 120php.

Very, very friendly and accommodating. They held onto a papaya I had bought along the way from Nacpan Beach. Nothing was disappointing.

The room is located in the town center. It is close to other establishments and 2 minutes walk to the beach and port. The owner was very accomodating, allowing us to check in at 11 in the evening. The room was spacious and has cool air conditioning. The shared bathroom was good and it is clean and well maintained. We loved our stay in Ashoka highly recommended!? N/A

The location was perfect, and the staff were amazing! We were so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is just a block or two away from the nightlife scene, which meant we could sleep peacefully without hearing loud club music — a big reason why we chose this place. But if you want to go out, it’s only a 1–2 minute walk away. The owner, Ashok, was incredible — so attentive, warm, and kind. He was always available to answer our questions and made us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting El Nido. It’s absolutely amazing!

Not much The smell of Indian food that makes your whole room smell like curry, The tough bed, The way the owner talked about Israeli people

This is not a hotel that you want to stay in. It is run down. No amenities at all. the sink is back up, soap is not refilled during our stay. If you just care for a place to sleep and nothing else that you need, then maybe, but I would rather spend a few more dollars to get a more decent place. It is not even a hotel or motel, it is a restaurant with rooms upstairs, our pickup driver had hardtime finding this place. i understand that this is a family run business, but the people running this really fail the business. Sad.

Big rooms, location is perfect central, not too loud,

Everything was close by, it was in a great location. Staff was nice. First checked in at midnight we had an issue already on top of having a long travel so we were so tired. We booked 3 rooms close to each other which was great accommodation but when we first check in. Our showers wasn’t working and couldn’t flash the toilet, not enough towels. The water smells like rust. Water pressure was low overall. We had to buy so much water due to not even trusting the water to brush our teeth with. This place was a little hard to find. We booked kinda last minute so this was the only place that was available but for the price for 7 nights and close to everyone ig a little worth it. It was a little bit pricey thoe for what the hotel is.

A nice little place above an Indian restaurant. Rooms are good, has everything you need for a stay in the Philippines, especially on a budget! Hot water, air conditioning and comfortable bed. The only thing is that the rooms facing the street are very loud early in the morning:( Staff is very nice and welcoming:) Overall, very nice experience, recommended for a couple/ group on a budget! The only thing is that the rooms facing the street are very loud early in the morning:(

The hotel manager Ashok is a really nice man. Very helpful and provided free ice when needed. The staff in the restaurant peeled our fruit for us. Central location. Aloud me to work in the restaurant until late for better WiFi coverage. The room was covered in ants all over the walls. We had a hornets nest on our window so we couldn’t open the window when it was boiling in the room. You could smell the drains in the bathroom. WiFi only worked well outside the room. Sink was coming away from wall.

Excellent location, just off the main road so it’s quiet but super close to everything Shared bathrooms were clean Sometimes the toilet didn’t flush but that is common for the area with low water pressure

Staff and owners are very nice! Great food at the restaurant! Amazing location!
-
-great location -spacious room -awesome, friendly & helpful staff. Thank you all! -comfortable -clean -pretty basic facilities, at a reasonable price. We chatted with the owner and he has some nice plans for the place! -island tour + van transfer booking through reception was super easy and convenient -the rooster at the neighbouring property!! Our enemy! Nothing that Ashoka could do, however. -shower pressure was ok! Not the best we have experienced but the bathroom was spacious and clean which was more important
-
It was off the main area and quiet at night. The staff was also very helpful in getting attractions sorted out for me.
-
The room is okay nice air condition. No wifi in the room and everything is so thin the floor and the walls are all thin wood you can hear everything on the other room, outside and downstairs.
-
Location, friendly staff, clean room and facilities Ac is not so cold or not working well, lack of amenities such as free bottled water, kettle water heater.
-
Location, staff , cleanliness. Thin walls. Random banging, clanking , thuds, etc. I think it’s the way the building is constructed.
-
Great area of town, big bedroom with comfy bed. The water for the sink and shower had a very funky smell which was quite disturbing.
-
Owner and Wife are beyond welcoming! Treat you like Family! I needed hot water for my French Press Coffee and they delivered Thermos every morning to my door. They booked travel and tours easily for me. Location is close to beach and central. Great Value for the money! Great food in Indian restaurant downstairs...always crowded is good sign. Nothing.

A large and comfortable bedroom with good a/c and internet. The bathroom was large, but the shower cold. The hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants and the staff very nice and helpful.
