Great location! Excellent breakfast! Wonderful staff! Jason, the manager, is always there for you. Comfortable clean room. Very close to starting point for tours.

I like the proximity of the venue to the night life area and restaurants of downtown El Nido. The view of the beach and cliffs were a sight to see in the morning while drinking coffee at the restaurant after waking up to get ready for the island hopping. The room was a lot smaller than I expected and as shown in the pictures. I could barely fit in the toilet area, and I'm not even tall. The shower was literally right next to the toilet in the first-floor room. The curtains were difficult to move, and the hooks that held them up was made of wood, which broke down and fell apart when we tried to adjust the curtains. Good thing my wife and I weren't changing when that happened because the people right outside by the beach would've gotten a free show. Most of the staff weren't very accommodating and took a long time to take orders from the menu. The only exception was Jason and one of the server ladies who offered us some fermented shots to try. Jason helped get us some ice on our first day island hopping when we short on time and he even helped us take care of our laundry. This venue needs more people like Jason.

Amazing location and sea view.

The location was good close to everything. Unfortunately i was a bit disappointed cause i planned some tours with them over a busy period (NYE). I specifically asked them to book for me the private tours at the beginning of November but when i arrived at the property at the end of december no tours were booked and consequently i have to organize them by myself. At the end they managed to organize only one of the two i planned to do with them. The lady at the reception was helpful but this did not change our discomfort. We booked with them also a private transfer to go to Puerto Princesa and it was not ready at the planned time. It has been a bit stressful waiting not knowing if it will be on time cause we had to catch a flight that night (at the end it arrived 30 min late but it arrived). The next time it is better to organize the tours independently so you will not have bad surprises.

Staff was friendly. We were there during a storm so it was hard to sleep bc the waves were strong and it hit the building pretty hard which shook it. But all around pretty good stay

The location and accommodating staff

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly makes it stand out is the warm and genuine hospitality. The hosts went above and beyond to make me feel at home, specially Jason manager always kind and attentive to every detail. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and pleasant Room/ sea view/ atmosphere /cleanliness/ hospitality

Beach front, near at the port, town proper, busy place ? Breakfast is so damn good and SULIT ? on its price. So noisy! The staff, luggage of the guest, talking of staff, laughing are clearly heard inside the room. can’t rest well, BUT it’s okay, we can wake up early to ride the whole town.. The staff in the resto is very nice and friendly..

Very basic hotel but perfectly fine for a stay in El Nido. Great location, only a few minutes walk to the meet locations for the tours. No housekeeping during your stay, which is a shame with all the sand you bring back after the tours. Would happily stay again if coming to El Nido.

It was right in the middle of town. Convenient to all restaurants and shops. The room was right on the sand so the view out the window was spectacular. The room was very small. The bathroom was not clean. There was only a bottom sheet, no top sheet. It was very noisy as close to bars and music and our room was located right at the front door so we heard everyone coming and going. They do provide you with earplugs though. Location great but unfortunately the cons outweighed the pros

Breakfasts were amazing and delicious. Location perfect, as it was on the main streed, close to all the bars, restaurants etc. Staff seemed not to be polite when you asked for something. Be aware, accomodation can not be paid in advance as hotel colects the payment upon arrival and even they presents they accept all credit cards, they were insisting of making the payment in cash. When I refuced, they brought the machine from somewhere and put me 4% on top of the price as a fee. That is not how you want to make business. Also nights were sleepless as from one side of the room you hear sea all the night and from the other noisy bars and music. One day we had also outage of water for more than four hours.
