The staff was very nice. Beautiful place. The only thing is the room was warm for me. Probably it's a personal problem. Lol. I enjoyed this place and location, walking distance to the Kloster of Einsiedeln. Would stay again. Breakfast was lovely. Don't forget the visit the terrace. I like everything.

Very good location, near the main historic features of the town yet only 10-15 minutes pleasant walk from the station. My room also introduced me to the work of a very interesting local artist. Good breakfast, provided in an attractive dining room of traditional character.

Nice hotel in a good location. Host was very friendly and helpful.

- As a pregnant woman traveling through Switzerland, I expected at least a basic level of kindness and comfort from KunstHotel Linde in Einsiedeln. What I got was one of the most uncomfortable, impersonal, and frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First off — parking. They advertise parking, but in reality, they offer only a handful of spots. We had to park in a public underground garage nearby — not affiliated with the hotel, not clearly marked, and definitely not convenient. Lugging bags through town, pregnant and exhausted, with no offer of help or direction from the staff, really set the tone. The room was incredibly small and oppressively dated. Think brownish-orange walls, harsh lighting, and a bathroom that felt like it hadn't seen a refresh in half a century. It was deeply uncomfortable, and absolutely not what you want when you're carrying a child. Then there was the elevator — no inner door. Not just old, but actually unsafe. Every ride felt like a gamble. But what truly shocked me was the behavior of the staff. Cold, unapproachable, and downright rude. I was visibly pregnant and not once offered help or treated with the slightest bit of warmth. When I asked a simple question, the response was snappy and condescending. It was clear they had no interest in making guests feel welcome — especially not me. If you’re a dog owner: yes, they technically allow dogs — for an extra nightly fee. But don’t expect them to treat your pet like a guest. We were told to keep our sweet, well-behaved dog under the table and out of sight while dining. It was offensive and made us feel like we had smuggled contraband into their restaurant. We lasted one night. That’s all we could take. And we paid an 80 CHF cancellation fee just to get out of there early. We gladly paid it — that’s how desperate we were to leave. KunstHotel Linde was cold, outdated, and entirely lacking in compassion or hospitality.

Immaculately clean after a 5 min walk from the train station. Bring your own bath products. Enjoy breakfast with a view of the abbey.

the hotel is in front of a big cathedral. So they rang the bell really early and it was really loud. There is nothing hotel could do about it and also anyother place would be the same. Whole town would have the same problem but Id stay at the same hotel in this town

The breakfast was standard Swiss fare but it was good. The breakfast service staff was very attentive. The breakfast room had a view of the monastery. The room was clean. Not the most modern in furniture but very interesting artwork hanging the room and all around the hotel. The staff are nice and helpful in providing information when asked. I found it strange that the reception was closed for most of the 3 days 2 nights I was there. I didn't need their assistance but it would have been nice to see a friendly face when I returned to the hotel.

There was no Wi-Fi available in our room and signal was rather weak elsewhere in the hotel. A comfortable lounge/sitting area would be a great asset.

Extremely friendly and communicative staff, calling to let me know how to do self check in... very attentive at breakfast as well. The locations is excellent. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. Basic room...

The staff is nice, the place is well situated, the breakfast is good also and the bonus of garden+jacuzzi is really appreciated. The place it's a bit old but still nice anyway
