horrible attitude and horrible place

The hotel overbooked and terrible customer service.

Charged me for a room. Went to check in and they told me no rooms were available. Still charged me.

Place is very dated.

Convenient location Bathroom tub needed some repair

The hotel claimed free breakfast and it really wasn’t much other than packaged muffins and coffee

Stale breakfasts, dirty floors, bad grout lines on tile. Bathroom sink didn’t drain.

Staff was amazing

Poor breakfast. Smoke alarm cover was off and no battery. Just ok

Odor in hall way and room, the first receptionist was very robotic, no smile at all, but the last receptionist was great

Disappointed by overall condition. Bed was the worst I've ever been in (I feel qualified to comment as my career took me from the Far West to eastern Euorpe). There was mold on the shower walls. I wish the owner the best, as a majot renovation is in order.

Accessible room had a tub. This was not handicapped accessible. No blow dryer. No coffee pot or any utensils. TV was located in front of one bed. Hard to access from the rest of the room. Remote was difficult to use. No comfortable chair, table or light near chair for reading, etc.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT consider this hotel for your stay if your LIFE depends on it. It is sketchy to say the least. As a female traveling alone

Nothing

The room floor was dirty no stopper for the tub, not enough towels. Breakfast was supposed to be included but all that they had was coffee and oatmeal when we asked for a bill the lady that checked us out told us that they gave us a receipt at check in when telling her that we wanted one that had an item bill she printed it off and flung it on the counter and walked away. No thank you for staying nothing. We will not be staying here again. Nor will we recommend this hotel

The only thing clean in this hotel was the bedding. At least they looked clean. It was gross and so many tuings were broken and just dirty and grimy!!

Everything was good older placed but comfortable

The shower tiles were all moldy. Paint chipping off door frames. Fitted sheets weren't tight at all. Room smelled funny. Breakfast was just grab n go snacks.
