Motel 6 East Syracuse, NY – Airport

It's okay, we tried it because pets stay free, room was comfortable, property was quiet.

Room was bare. There was a fridge, the bed was okay for comfort but not great, the bathroom was okay. The rooms are loud as you can hear everything. We heard a baby crying all night and there were people talking at 2am and 4am. Not the best experience but wasn’t the worst. Just okay for the price.

It was a place to sleep

Room was filthy, tub was dirty and mold in plain view on bed.

This is a very basic motel. The beds were clean. Everything else was swept clean but grimy and the hall was full of bad smells.

Last minute reservations choices and I think I picked the worse hotel of what was left. This brand name I'll surely avoid. Smokey hallway poor maintained bathroom. Paint stripping from bath sink clogged up.. slept 5 hours and left

Staff helpful and friendly

I stayed at this hotel for one night while waiting for a flight, and unfortunately, it was not worth the money. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were terrible. The room was freezing cold, and even after turning off the air conditioning, it remained cold for several hours. To make matters worse, the bed sheets had a noticeable odor that smelled like dogs and cigarette smoke. My room was located near an exit door, and every time someone used it, the door would slam loudly, making it difficult to rest. I only needed the room for a few hours before my flight, but overall, the experience was disappointing.

Was a place to sleep nothing more. No bugs were seen. But rooms incredibly damp. Arrived and no new toilet paper was offered, no toilet paper holder was even available. Bathroom faucets were not connected properly. Went to exchange dirty towels for new ones, tried to exchange 4, was only given 3 because “they had no more”. If you are looking for a place to sleep for the night this is fine. But don’t look to stay and have a good time there, cause you won’t find a good time, just a subpar time, reflecting the motel.

My room that gave me was never clean properly floors were greasy and dirt on the floor even the hallway to the room was dirty and my bathtub was never clean bed frame was rusted for some reason so was the mini fridge light fixture missing off the wall didn't even properly fold the bath towels

The only good thing about the hotel was that it was close to the airport. It was damp the floors were wet. The fridge and air conditioners were rusting. I would never go back there again or ever recommend it to my friends.

I did not stay due to conditions. I’m requesting a refund.

The room was a smoking room and had many burnt holes in the bed cover plus burnt cigarettes places on the bathroom sink and bathtub edge . The mattress did not fit the bed frame.The bed frame was wider than the mattress so the metal bed frame stuck out some on both sides some.The motel had no elevators so i had to carry everything up the stairs to my room making a few trips. The door to my room wood not open with the card all the time i had to go down and get the person at the desk to fix the card and then it would not work all the time again.I picked the place because of the price to stay.I guess it was what you get for the money. I am not a smoker I don't know why they gave me that room ?

This Motel had pubic hair in the bathroom all over the toilet and tub. I was so discussed that I slept on top of towels because I was afraid of bugs.. the pillows looked like something that has been around for 10 plus years. They were yellow. I put t a towel on them as well.

Very accommodating & helpful staff Only one way to access the room - longer walk to haul in "stuff" for potential of repeated trips to vehicle that might be farther away for mobility challenged guests; but from a security standpoint, that was okay with me. Staff parked in handicap space moved their vehicle so we were able to park close by. But if we "assumed" that it was a guest vehicle, that would have been a longer walk with heavy items being carried into the hotel room. So the staff parking in the handicap spot (it was late, only saw 2 that were being used) so it possibly helped us out or maybe not, it's an unknown variable at that point.

Being on the 2nd floor

I really liked the low price for the night. The beds were just fine. Just needed a room to shower and sleep for the night. The toilet seat was loose, but not a real bother.
