The property is run down and mostly occupied by extended stay tenants. Main areas are dirty and stink. It’s a non-smoking property but reeks of marijuana. The room was clean but sheets were missing from the bed. There was a coffee maker in the room but when I asked for more coffee they said they were phasing that out and the lobby had coffee.

Fantastic place! Clean and neat. Conveniently located in East Syracuse right off of Carrier Circle. The Syracuse Airport is close by. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff. Excellent free coffee in the morning. Plenty of free parking. I always felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

This was not a hotel—it was a nightmare. The floor looked like it wasn’t even properly constructed, and the whole place felt unsafe and poorly maintained. On top of that, there was a strong smoky smell everywhere, which made the entire stay extremely unpleasant. I could barely feel comfortable being there. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you can.

Checking in was easy & the front desk was very nice and helpful. I got to the room and there was a very strong, almost overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke,. I was somewhat OK with it, but I was worried that they would think it was me who smoked - it was that strong. Bed was comfortable enough, I just wish there was a heavier blanket.

This was the worst hotel I have ever encountered. The room was not only dirty but it was moldy, the beds were dirty, and there was filth and a piece of chewed gum on the floor. The staff was terrible and refused to refund the room when I called Expedia because I chose not to stay, but I absolutely would have stayed if the room was anything like their pictures advertised, but those are very fake photos.

The staff was dour and very reluctant to provide us with extra towels or even toilet paper. There seemed to be homeless people loitering around. Having stayed at other Red Roof sites, I am amazed this site is still listed under the corp name. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The staff was nice at check in but when I got into my room, sadly, I was pretty disgusted. There was something that had been splattered and dried on one of the framed photos, the one other picture on the wall had a smashed frame with pieces missing, the lampshade had gotten wet at some point and you could see a line where it had dried and the base of the lamp was rusty, there were bugs/flies all over the room, the box spring was exposed and there were spots down the side of it where it looked like someone had spilled/dripped food that had dried, there was no stopper in the shower tub and I could see hair stuck in the drain. I would have asked for my money back and found another place to stay if I wasn’t only there to sleep for a few hours before flying out very early the next morning.

This was my worst experience at a hotel. They have bug infestation. And it was very dirty.

I loved this hotel! It was amazing room had a full size refrigerator and a stove they even provided dishes and other kitchen supplies

Everything was disgusting. ***READ THE DISCOLSURE*** house keeping only comes every 2 weeks!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. Poop on the walls, bugs crawling, a strange white powdery substance on the desk chair. 0 stars.

The dumpster outside the bedroom window with the mattresses, TVs and grocery carts. The hairball in the shower floor and blood on the back of the bathroom door.

The staff was amazing and nice. But my room was not how it was in the pictures. We also had some uninvited guests (roaches) which made us leave earlier than anticipated. The staff was really nice overall and I I most definitely won't be back again.

This place is not at all what is pictured. Checked in 9/1/26 to stay over night walked into a lobby of unhappy customers who had already checked into filthy rooms. Everyone was asking for rooms to be switched and or be refunded. Room was filthy and so were the halls leading to rooms. The bed had stains and hair all over the sheets and pillows. Never again will I stay here.

Front desk checked me into a room with a king bed, 2 pillows, no working lights, no fitted sheet on the bed. Under the regular bedding the bed had crumbs. Floor was dirty and had some sort of animal hair. boggers were on the wall. Room smelled like tobacco. Worst hotel experience i have ever had in my life. Everything around was sold out, ended up sleeping in the car at the hotel.

Room was non smoking, but smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette burn holes in comforter. Towels and washcloth were stained and dirty along with sheets. Bugs coming out of bathroom sink. Hair dryer didn't work.

Upon arriving its false advertisement. The ice machine doesn’t work, they do have vending machine that works . The room was filthy dead roaches were in the dresser drawers on the floor and in the bathroom , fridge was dirty as well as microwave . also in the bathroom . Tub was filthy bed sheets had fresh stains didn’t look like it was washed . Parking was good and they had air conditioning. Staff was helpful
