Great stay, clean and neat… staff very helpful and empathetic… I will return without hesitation…

I stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance, they did accommodate us with permission to use the pool from the hotel next door. There can be tad bit better in cleaning we did notice a few pee stains on the wall behind the toilet and a good amount of crumbs on the floor but other than that the staff was friendly and the stay went smooth

I also paid for breakfast, but breakfast did not begin until 7:00 AM, after I needed to leave for clinical. I explained this at check-in and asked to speak with a manager, but was told the manager had already left. Meanwhile, my aunt, who was staying down the hall, was provided two $15 restaurant vouchers due to the breakfast issue. I was initially offered nothing and did not receive comparable vouchers until the following day after addressing the issue again. I checked in Friday and checked out Sunday, so these issues affected essentially my entire stay. While my guest room was clean and the staff were generally friendly, the overall experience did not meet my expectations, especially as a Hilton Honors member. I believe guests should have been notified BEFORE arrival that major advertised amenities were unavailable. I would appreciate management contacting me regarding an appropriate resolution or service recovery for this stay.

Clean, quiet, convenient to airport.

Restaurant not open when we stayed but staff recommended places to go for dinner. Front desk kind and helpful.

i was greeted as soon as i walked in. the front desk staff was helpful. upon entry of my room everything was clean and didn’t have any issues plus the bed was super comfy. i had breakfast and it was pretty good especially the potatoes. also any questions i had about the breakfast the staff answered my questions.

We had a Great stay! I left my work device and someone from the staff called to let me know. That meant a lot. Thank You!

The space was in a great location and very quiet.

Nice but kids running and knocking on doors till 9:30 did not like that at all

Hotel lost liquor license so zero night life.

Mattress was soft and lumpy, refrigerator was not working and lotion bottle was empty.

Hot tub was broken:( but they gave us a voucher for breakfast which was nice!

The staff Outdid themselves for there friendliness helpfulness.

Let's make this clear. I have stayed at this hotel before and it was good. I didn't stay this time. I was there on June 4th and had scheduled the ring month. They had no rooms that night. Iwas told this would be an easy fix but the management never got back to me and I was charged for a room I couldn't stay in because of work

The hot tub is broken

The tiny pillows 16" x 16" on the king bed were terrible and lumpy. I wish I had brought my pillow as I couldn't sleep. The bed wasn't as comfortable as other hotels. But the decor was great! It was very clean

My son said that this location was better than his stay with his mother in Michigan the weekend before. Its why we picked this hotel. He said the staff was nicer. Our room was missing the chair so there wasn't a place for him to sit... The bedding seemed tired, the TV seemed small... The bathroom seemed tired... Maybe because we usually stay at new locations like Tru??

Location is v good for those traveling east-west on I-90 restaurant availability is weak

Love how helpful the staff was and having a restaurant on site was great.
