I made the best out of nothing

I keep my room very clean and tidy so housekeeping does not have much to do in the room. The Ladies of Housekeeping are the bestest though! If you are ever here make sure you say "HI" to Jazz at the desk who is also the bestest!! 😊

My room is clean with a super comfy bed. Had a couple of issues maintenance came the next day and they were fixed. Housekeeping is the absolute best, the ladies work hard to maintain these rooms and keep up to standards also Jazz at the desk is awesome 👍

The WiFi does not extend into the rooms and so being a foreigner alone in the room I felt unsafe. In order to contact anyone I had to go out to where I could get a signal. The best thing was the free shuttle. I booked a non smoking room smelled like they had a weed party in there actually from the lobby smelled like weed.. no coffee/tea station in the room . It’s in the lobby and the machine didn’t work.. never booking here again

The room had roaches roaming around, which is completely unacceptable. Although I booked a non-smoking room, it was filled with a strong smoke odor. The entire property also smelled heavily of marijuana, making it uncomfortable for anyone who doesn’t smoke. The building itself appears outdated and in need of a major renovation. Cleanliness and upkeep seem to be lacking throughout the property. The airport shuttle was another frustration. What should have been a quick trip took about 30 minutes because the shuttle stops at multiple hotels to drop off other passengers before arriving at this one. In the end, I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to non-smokers or anyone expecting a clean, well-maintained place to stay.

GREAT AIRPORT LOCATION

My room is clean, housekeeping does an amazing job to maintain the rooms. The building itself could use some work but I'm thankful this was here when I needed it. The staff here is really nice and pleasant and Jazz at the desk is super nice and helpful!!

Nice personal, dirty floors, In general the room was clean, the person at the front desk said were the best rooms. Carpet look dirty. Not even a coffee at the lobby.

Not the best.

value I paid a deposit and haven't received it back yet. I know nothing was wrong from the 1 night I stayed. Normally the deposit doesn't go through, it just falls off but I was charged this time. Need a refund.

Rm 231 love love love the housekeeping staff! The ladies are the bestez!! I want to thank Mr. Fix It, he came to repair the toilet (so I can flush now!) and replace the A/C unit (didn't know that was happening till housekeeping told me) That was great 👍 Say "Hi" to Jazz she is the bestest too!

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the expressway. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
