I had to wait at the premises while booking through Bookings.com because it had better rates than the standard prices at the premises. Would have appreciated it if I was offered even a glass of water whilst busy making a booking to show that you value your potential guests.

Breakfast was very underwhelming. No mushrooms available as always. Warm breakfast selection is very limited. Room had a bad smell when I walked it. My child found a container of Vicks under our bed to show that the cleaning was rushed. I did not appreciate the one roll of toilet paper as I was traveling with kids. We’ve always had one extra roll in the room. The issue of no water was completely unacceptable after paying so much money at the facility and the fact that we were given one bowl of water for the four of us was bazar

Big spacious room with a view, right across from the beach, staff friendly, neat and clean, comfortable bed. The aircon didn't work in my room, I slept warm enough but just wanted to take the chill out of the air before bed. Phone didn't work (couldn't hear when I tried placing room service), but they sent someone to the room to make contact so it was managed well. Couldn't take a bath (no plug - but this was to save water due to restrictions, so I understand).

I liked how fast the room service was. The stuff was nice. Helped us operate the TV. They were so kind. Lastly our special request for an ocean view room was honoured that made us happy.
