Smelled like mold or mildew throughout the property. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The AC unit wasn’t the best even on the lowest temperature.

Unfortunately I couldn't feed myself or my kids because there was a few different people who where taking everything for over 3 hours they never left the dinning hall this is day 2 these unwanted guests did this. I understand unlimited food but there should be a limit wasn't any left for my two rooms I got for me and my family. I had to stay in the dining hall for over an hour just to get some toast I got so feed up with it all i just left. This is unprofessional and disrespectful I would NOT stay here again. The kids get to run around screaming and banging being disrespectful. I have 3 of them from different ages and you don't see me and my family being disrespectful or destructive.

Convenience to event location and stores around. Accommodated for a baby by bringing a crib. Key never worked, room door needed to use force and lock to close, bathroom door didn’t latch, Mini fridge leaking everywhere and balanced on washcloth, ac unit finicky, 1/2 outlets broken, didn’t fully clean in between (one bed made only), walls scuffed, rusty, and holes in them. Manager brushed off all concerns.

The first room I was put in the mattress had holes all through it and one huge hole had washcloths shoved in it so they definitely knew about it. They did make it right and put me in a much nicer room. The donuts were stale the one morning at 8:8:30am while breakfast was still going on.

Easy on and off freeway. Staff was friendly. The smell of the room. Non smoking room had a sewer gas, layered wet rug oder. The room refrigerator constantly leaked water. Most likely the source of the moldy smell and oder from floor drain.

Try and stay elsewhere. Forced to stay here with a lacrosse tournament. The rooms were really run down and dingy. The AC unit held on by duct tape. Large gaps and cracks filled with caulk and paint. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths because none were in room. TV did not work. Not worth the $$$.

Only negative thing I can say is that some of the gym equipment was broken and there wasnt a way to get water from the ice machine.

Door latch fob did not work when used key. I had keep trying over 5 mins

Breakfast was not the best

Chris is very weak!

Breakfeast should include some fresh choices for mediterenian visitors.

My stay was great I will be returning again.

I made reservations for king size bed, and they gave me two queen size beds, which the bed was horrible because you can feel the springs I wasn’t too happy

The rooms weren’t very clean but it was manageable

This is a very nice facility - easy check in/out, friendly staff, clean rooms, centrally located.
