The second room was better but still just okay. It also looked very different from the pictures on Expedia. Our room was fully carpeted and looked older than expected. Breakfast was available, but the options were very limited. There was bread, bagels, and ready-made waffles. The cream cheese was frozen, the juice machine was broken, and there was no hot water available for tea. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations.

Room is clean and staffs are helpful

The location was great and it was affordable. The hotel could use some updates and TLC. Room had a musty smell that unfortunately clung to my luggage when I got home. The bed comfort was only okay and you can hear everything through the walls. Conversations outside, 3am blaring tv and all the hallway movement. Not my best stay nor my worst, could use some improvement. Only amenity I checked out was breakfast and it kind of sad. Juice machine out of order and not too many choices.

Very poor

The hotel was a wonderful experience! The rooms and common areas were very clean and well maintained. A special thank you to the housekeeping/cleaning team for keeping everything spotless. The front desk staff were also very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Great service, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The location was great, staff was really helpful, he made the check in and out process easy and fast. When I entered my room, there was a pungent smell of pee and cleaning supplies. The shower curtain was very yellow and looked like it hasn't been changed in a long time. The A.C in our room only went down to 73 degrees, it blew out room temperature air, outside felt much cooler than the room. Our T.V remote also didn't work, it was around 11pm, late, so we decided not to bother the staff. I didn't enjoy the breakfast much. Limited options, there was only coffee, toast and soggy waffles. The juice machine was also broken.

Not a great stay here. The property is pretty run down, side doors are not locked so anyone can walk in off the street, the one staff member we interacted with was very short with us, people above us were very loud EVERY MOMENT of the day from am to pm, breakfast was dismal. Only positives are the bed and sheets were clean, our room was somewhat clean but very musty and everything felt wet from humidity. 2 stars is generous.

Ive stayed here for over a month for work. My first week here I thought "gosh for the price this is unbeatable". Now im at the point that I will not be returning. Over half of the rooms smell bad and when asked for an air freshener the staff walk through with knock off frebreeze that works for all of 5 seconds. My last room the refrigerator smelled awful, the microwave smelled like death inside, there were boogers all over the walls, and fruit flys from day 1. It was comical to have the staff try and gaslight me into thinking the shower drain not working was "normal", but the final straw was the staff giving a random person a key to my room, ever had someone come into your bathroom at your hotel? I have now. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because I was never lead to believe the bed sheets were not "clean". The nightly rate is cheap for a reason, dont let the pictures fool you either

Thought I saw

Front desk staff was rude and seemed annoyed to help us. The rooms were clean but the covers on the bed are literally just a sheet. Decent hotel but could definitely have been better with a few adjustments.

TV wouldn't turn on. Breakfast is very limited.

I need a refund The entire dirty rundown hotel

It was clean. The breakfast had no low carb or whole food options. All grains. For a diabetic grains are bad.
