Beautiful place. Room was awesome! Only complaint was the tv in the room. I would be watching and every couple of minutes it would go black then back on. Over and over... I heard there was alot of complaints on this issue.

Great staff and nice rooms. Tv was our only complaint. It kept freezing up. Didn't matter because we were not there much.

I chose not to lower myself to her level to enjoy my stay at the hotel. Other than that it was a great experience

The staff were well trained and very helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit It would be nice if there was a pool. Having a refrigerator was nice but we also needed a microwave in the room.

My husband and I do a lot of traveling and I honestly have to say, hands down, that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and even though we got in after 11pm, there was still food options available.

Just about everything! The only bad thing I could say was the TV kept going in and out and freezing the whole time we was down there even the day I left it was doing the same thing someone did come up and told us the situation but not acceptable especially when you paying that kind of money!!

I was a little worried at first, we arrived 2 hours early and I stopped at the front desk to see if there was a possibility of early check-in. The woman I asked just said no. Which I understand but she just seemed like she was in a mood. I thanked her and walked away. I came back at 4 to check-in, this time check-in was quick and easy. Kimberly was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. She made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. Great customer service! We ate dinner at The Playbook Sport Bar & Grill. Lorena the bartender (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was so friendly and kind. She knows how to treat her customers. The food was great, especially the jerk chicken egg rolls.

Also the wife was very slow and TV kept crashing and was very annoying. When I tried to call reception it went to voice mail.
