Absolutely nothing Beds uncomfortable Bathroom not clean, moldy, old fashioned Breakfast buffet had flies on the food Staff unfriendly Difficult to communicate with the hotel Greedy people, did not want to give a refund. Totally unacceptable. Not booking.com standards. Very disappointing

Good sized room. Nice kitchen staff. Good sized free car park. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location. Spotlessly clean. No receptionist on arrival. Phone number to ring on arrival with keys left behind counter. Shower cubicle small. Small double bed.

The Property is in a great location to walk in to the Town Centre, there is plenty of Parking. The Room was extremely Clean and Spacious with a large Walk in Shower. The Towels were lovely with a supply of Shower Gel (although the Shower Gel Supply needs to be increased), Shampoo and Soap, our Stay was for 2 nights and the Shower Room Supplies were replenished for Day 2. The Scottish Breakfast (Buffet Style) was excellent with a great choice, that should meet most Tastes. The only issue was the Shower Gel that should be increased.

This was our second stay here & we will return again. As others have mentioned the accommodation is a little outdated but amenities are all good. Breakfast is great. Location ideal. Good value for money. Shower could be better, how water didn't last.
