Park Point Marina Inn

Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was just ok but had numerous options. Location was great!

Stayed for a long weekend with kids. Great location and walkable to Canal Park and the beach. We loved the breakfast each morning, and used the pool every day. Our room was very clean and had extra pillows and blankets. Overall an awesome stay and one we will repeat!

The breakfast was phenomenal! Ample seating, very clean, lots of food choices for everyone. Coffee and tea available all day and they served local Duluth Coffee co which was delicious. Our beds were very comfortable and the view of the harbor was gorgeous. We very much enjoyed our patio. The front desk always had a helpful person, we checked out a couple of board games for our kids and used the shuttle once, but wish we’d used it more! We didn’t get a chance to check out the bicycles but happily used the beach toys they set out. The hotel is conveniently located near a beach access point and the stretch of beach is sandy and stunning! If you drive down the park point further you reach a gorgeous public beach that is nationally rated. Highly recommend. The pool, hot tub, sauna were all incredibly clean and well maintained. The hotel does a lot with their small imprint. I can’t say enough about the service and cleanliness. The s’more bar in the evening was a fun touch that the kids looked forward to every night. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay another night! We look forward to another stay!

Loved the fire pit outside. A member of the staff saw us outside and started it for us.

Most everything was great. Staff is friendly. Nice location within a few minutes of the beach. You can see the boats in the bay and can walk/drive to where the boats are going under the lift bridge and right past that there's shops, boutiques and restaurants. Only 15 minutes from Spirit Mountain Adventure Park. My son wanted to go swimming and the whole pool area smelled so strong of chlorine it was burning my eyes. That's the only negative thing I can say about it the place.

It was an easy check in. We were able to get into the room 30 minutes early. Happy hour was much appreciated with $1.50 off most drinks and $3 off their pizzas. We didn’t have to go out the first night. It was great . The breakfast bar is larger than most and good quality. There is a small indoor pool, sauna and hot tub but I didn’t see anyone use them. They were outside playing games

This is our favorite hotel in Duluth. The staff is so friendly and the amenities are useful - a shuttle to canal park, bikes to rent, even sand toys to borrow. Happy Hour, breakfast, and a s’mores bar to boot! If you love traveling to Duluth for the walkability and friendly folks this place is for you!

The hotel felt new, everyone was helpful and everything was clean. Love, having the ability to open the windows and have a balcony! The breakfast was as expected. I would go back.

Breakfast buffet was great! We also enjoyed the free smores that was included in our stay. I would REALLY SUGGEST reading the binder in your room to know what you're missing out on. Such as games, times of certain events, and more. I wished it was more clear to us before we left. The pool was a little smaller than expected.
