The reception & reservation staff ,The pool safety guard ,the restaurant cashier and servants were very polite, cooperative and always smiling ?

We were so happy for its : Location / the pool / standing up shower / quietness / elevators well designed / cleaning staff / shower is very good / general cleanness super + reception staff were very friendly ( all ). Thank you a lot , keep it up ? Only we wish that the hotel management IMPROVE the restaurant located in the M level : air condition control on flies ... above all is no variety like many other restaurants in hotels , a massive improvement in the VARIETY of the food menu shall be very attractive to eat meals & prices be reasonable and suggest that be 24 hours or at least extended till 1:30 am .

I liked the hotel's location—it was very convenient and accessible. However, I was disappointed with the swimming pool. The water was extremely cold, and it felt like we were swimming in ice. It would have been much more enjoyable if the pool had been heated.

The staff was very friendly and helpful Everything was good but the location if you are in Dubai for shopping not only beach club and so on … is not the place it’s just a place for chilling , rest etc…

The kids took over. I came for a relaxing trip. The kids Were loud eating out the food at the buffet. I made mention to management no resolve. The property location. No beach. Pool was over saturated with children

We like the people and the staff they’re what makes the place worth coming to specially Sunanda she helped us a lot and was nice to our puppy Oscar?+the place is dog friendly and that’s amazing We didn’t like that they did not return the insurance despite saying it was refundable and we read it in the booking .

Quick check-in and ample parking on site. The pool is amazing and a great addition if you like to enjoy a dip while you watch the Premier League or other football games.

The 36th stay offer is great. The screen on the pool is good too specially during World Cup season. There are water marks on the tables of all 3 rooms I booked and I spotted a spider so I don’t think the rooms were cleaned thoroughly.
