The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property and our room were spotless, so well taken care of. Breakfast was superb, with a nice choice of healthy food, and a beautiful presentation. There was not a thing we didn’t like or had a concern about.

My main complaint is that we had two rooms booked and in one we were unable to get hot water and in the second, the water in the shower was only intermittently hot. Given that the main role of a hotel is to provide a comfortable place to sleep and sufficient bathroom capabilities, this is a pretty significant failure. Would not reccomend.
