Hotel lobby is nice and clean! Our room was not as clean. Sticky substance on the floor, refrigerator and dishwasher etc. All in all, a nice stay.

Second room: Faucets, toilet, shower, okay. However, light bulb out. when I picked up the room phone to call the front desk, its cord was broken so I had to go to the lobby. Front desk promised person would be there soon. Waited 2 hours. no one. went back to front desk, which said they did not have a maintenance person. I said unacceptable. they tracked down the manager at home, who called and gave me a song and dance about their maintenance person was disabled and could not do those things. I said not acceptable. A few hours later a person came and fixed the light and phone. The room was only marginally clean. There was gunk around the base of the toilet and piles of dirt in the corners of the room. The only reason I did not leave is because I had an important engagement the following morning and needed to prepare, and I was staying only one night. At the continental breakfast, I made tea. The water tasted like old pipes. I would have expected this from a low end motel, not a Marriott.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first room was dirty, with hair in the bathtub. We had to switch rooms, but the second room was also dirty. We had to wait awhile for someone to come clean it. We spent nearly two hours dealing with staff and changing rooms, which meant losing almost two hours of pool time with my son. We were simply trying to enjoy our last night in Houston, spend some time at the pool, and attend an Astros game before flying home. We had been staying in Katy for several weeks while my husband recovered from surgery at MD Anderson, so we were really looking forward to one relaxing night together. Unfortunately, the room situation put a damper on our last night. We were also told there would be no refund because we booked through Expedia. The positive is that the view was pretty and the hotel is conveniently located near Houston. However, cleanliness and customer service are important, and this experience fell far short of what we expected

I was put in a dirty room , when pulling the cover back it smell like dog, with a red stain on the sheets, no manager was on site that morning.

The breakfast is real good too and today when we checked out one gentleman made sure I had a cup of coffee to go.

Friendly staff, clean room/building.

Friendly staff and when I extended my stay they let me stay in my room. Will stay here again whenever I come back.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is also excellent and the staff working breakfast are super nice and helpful. Everything was great

Only stayed for a night but was satisfied with the room. The tub was a little dingy but everything else was modern and up to date. The staff was friendly. Convenient location to food and the mall. Would book again.
