The A/C in the room was extremely noisy, the bathroom door didn’t close, the shower water was not hot, the breakfast was a poor selection of pantry items.

Love the location to the Mall and MIA Airport The breakfast options were not great. I understand that pork is a very low cost meat but not all people eat pork and that was mainly served at breakfast. This was a waste because I paid for the breakfast included but had to go eat elsewhere. So I will definitely plan differently if I say here again

When you take a shower it does not get hot. And it spills water to the rest of the bathroom floors and entrance way. Toilet paper holder was broken. And the tv did not work. Called down but they didn’t have anyone to come to my room t

I would also like to highlight how friendly and helpful the staff was throughout our stay. Everyone was welcoming, courteous, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and truly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent attitude of the staff. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.
