Hotel was nice, very up to date. Nice rooms. Amazing valet crew. Front desk people weren’t to friendly upon arrival. Almost acted like it was an inconvenience that we were staying at their hotel or that because of our age we were low life’s. Was charged $100 on top of what we already booked the room for on booking.com. So be aware booking.com price is not the price u will be paying. Blood on sheets not from us( they used the blanket on edge of bed to cover it up) Lights in room very difficult to work. Sink clogged upon first time washing hands in it. For what it’s worth to book I don’t feel this hotel is a good option, very beautiful hotel just lots of flaws.

There isn’t any on property parking. They do have valet $45 a night ( you can come and go has much as you want) or there is a parking garage we paid about 30 for 12 hrs. Probably should have did valet. Other than parking everything else was great

There very thoughtful and understanding when everyday obstacles neve ending. Would highly recommend staying at there Hotels, absolutely!! Cleanness, staff, and the feel like home atmosphere a AA (Double A) !

Excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff was so friendly and helpful with directions. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were clean. My only issue was that our fridge wasn't working, but we just didn't eat in our room instead. Overall, it was still a good stay.

Exceptional

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were excellent, very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the only issue was that the room was not as clean as expected. There was a piece of gum stuck to our duvet cover, there were hairs in our bathroom towels and in the shower, and the room floor was not clean. With some improvement in room cleanliness, this would be an excellent place to stay.
