People were loud, bathroom floor is filthy, cracked tile, carpet is disgusting. You get what you pay for.

This is a very simple motel. Old snd outdated, but the beds were comfortable. And for being right on the highway, it was surprisingly quiet, because it sits slightly above the highway. Its very walkable to shops and restraunts. If you are looking for an affordable coastal motel for doing not much more than sleeping, this would be a decent option.

Satellite TV connection sucked it froze for a minute every 7 minutes parking people were blocked and when they showed up late in the evening woke people up to move their cars so they could get through the parking area

The good thing about the property it was directly across the street from the Ocean. It is a dog friendly property. The rooms are in great need of being updated and MAINTENANCEd. Very few power outlets available for recharging your devices. My room was very small at the back of the property. So no ocean view was available. The bed linen was clean, but most of the rest of the room needed to be cleaned better. My dog pulled old food out from under the bed. Luckily, I was able to prevent her from eating it. The shower had hair in it on the walls and in the bottom of the tub. The shower faucet also continually dripped. The room did not have an AC unit which is apparently common for the area. Unfortunately, there was also no screen on the window. I will not stay at this property again because of the lack of upkeep.

Really nice functional classic room with beautiful view. Everything was good in our room and the price was very reasonable. We asked to change rooms initially and the front desk was helpful for only a small extra charge to have an ocean view and a spacious room!!

The floor wasn't very well vacuumed. And im pretty certain we booked a room with two queen beds and we got a room with 1 full sized bed. No communication was made about this change and it made for a very uncomfortable stay, also the permanent residents make for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall me or my family will not be staying here again.
