MainStay Suites Denver International Airport

Now the make you pay for parking through a third party vendor. I wish it was the hotel directly managing this in case of any issues.

We could not check in because my adult son was not 21 years old: we did not see that until after we booked our stay through Expedia. I tried contacting the property by phone and chat, but they never answered. Tried throughExpedia ( I am a gold member), but they also said they could not help me. I feel terrible…

Clean room, spacious (we had a suite), comfortable beds. Close to Denver airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was ok but the location is not great. The surrounding area is dirty with lots of homeless. Take better care of the facilities. The hall and elevator often smelt like weed. One room was being fumigated for bed bugs. My self and my husband got rashes from the bedding. I would not recommend this place.

Great property to crash at when using DIA. A really good option for travel. Our only hiccup was the shared shuttle that was not running as regularly as stated.

Suite large with kitchen. Clean. Shuttle on time 2x an hour. Small inexpensive Mexican restaurant across parking lot behind gas station. Helpful desk clerk. I could hear noisy guests from my room until about 3:00am.

The pricing was fair. First off I purchased the hotel rooms but when I got there they told me I had to pay a damage deposit $50 card or $150 cash charge. Secondly no room service..housekeeping never came when I went to talk to the front office they told me that I would have to request room service. Third the front desk kept disappearing and was hard to fine.

Great concept hotel for a family of 6

Great, reliable airport shuttle. Room had an intense and off putting floral odor.

Also $10 a day to park is expensive. This isn’t a downtown location.

Clean nice rooms, nice beds, kitchenette was convenient. We would have love to stay the entire trip but they didnt have availability

I was on the first floor #126 and there must be some community room above me because I kept hearing a lot of bumping.

This was a perfectly acceptable airport hotel. Shuttle was prompt and on time, room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

They sold out my room and booked me a different rim at different hotel with 1 bed door 6 people when I got a suite at the beginning!!

One of the cleanest rooms I have been in. Breakfast can become crowded but plenty of options. Washer and dryer room provided but you will need to have quarters to use the machines.
