Secondhand smoke can affect everyone’s health, and I did not feel comfortable remaining there. Overall, this was not a good place to stay, and I would not recommend it.

The location was nothing like the pictures on the site. The a/c unit leaked. The towels in the bathroom were not washed properly. They had dirt stains on them. I killed two roaches in the room. I didn’t even have food in the room. The fridge barely cooled the bottle water I had in there. The bed was very uncomfortable. The property was full of dog poop. The only good thing was the location. It was really close to the university.

A/C unit was a bit noisy and struggled some to keep up (especially with the humidity factor), but it was very hot and humid weather so it did a really decent job all told. As it’s a pet-friendly property, there was some related noise (barking etc), which didn’t bother me, but is worth noting for others. There’s some aesthetic issues like stained paint, but even in a 1st-floor, outdoor-access room, we had a cricket, but I saw no roaches in the room. Linens seemed clean and the bed was very comfy, no shifting felt from my partner one the other side of the king. One BIG thing to note is there was no shampoo, and really no pans, dishes, paper towels, utensils, etc to use with the kitchenette, so if you *need* the kitchenette, you will need your own supplies. Full-sized fridge/freezer, stove, microwave; didn’t try the stove, but fridge and microwave worked well and were clean. There were ample plugs and USB ports at the light fixtures and side tables. WiFi worked fine. For food, “onsite restaurant” noted on other sites is closed/boarded, but next to a Whataburger, and kitchenette functional but again BYO all supplies. Overall good stay, especially for price, and my unit was clean. Just know about supplies and some noise to be aware of.

The pool was green. Clean room and property. There was a duck roaming around. That was pretty neat. Staff was mostly friendly.

The pool wasn't open due to rain and needing to be cleaned.

Best part was the ease of getting on and off the highway. The staff was friendly. The pool wasn't open due to rain and needing to be cleaned.

Room smelled like mold and smoke asked for another room but they said they couldn't move me because this place is actually a apartment complex not a hotel all the room are occupied couldn't go to the pool it was over crowded by 2 family's living there with a total of 15 kids living in 2 of the rooms they also were very rude that we wanted to swim . We were intruding on There home

Wouldn’t recommend, many places in the area near the same price that are much cleaner and nicer.

Ac was broke , every time another room flushed the toilet you smelt poop, pool was not well maintained cloudy , more people living in the rooms , took my kid to the pool and "residents" were talking out loud how we were not wanted . Room had zero housekeeping while we stayed . Had to go to front desk to ask for towels . Lots of homeless in the area .

Is way too small for this location. Walking distance to few fast food places. My only complaint is that both nights I stayed, noises came from the room/walls. Idk what it was but due to this I had a hard time sleeping

so I stayed here because we had a storm in Denton and we had an RV so we had to stay somewhere for a couple hours and I kind of regretted it because when I walked in, there was a little roach in the room in the restroom specifically and you can tell that they are going under construction right now because there is just paint everywhere The bed was OK. It wasn’t the best as in comfort wise there was no stains, which is good just the roach that freaked me out. It did smell like marijuana outside. It’s not the best but I had to stay there for a couple hours so if you’re staying there for a night that’s up to you lol
