The staff was really nice. The hotel is good on its own and the rooms are good size and its value for money. There was no lift and i had to climb 2 floors with my luggage. Also the location was terrible. The tiny tiny streets of Delhi CP area and the surroundings.

When I checked in on June 7 it was a mess. They were renovating. Room was fine. But everything else was mess. Not even a cup of tea was available. Entrance, the road outside is very filthy. They have cray scan gate but its falling apart. It doesn’t work. They should just remove it.

The bathrooms were recently renovated. Everything felt dusty and dirty, and all the furniture and fixtures were old. It did not feel worth the price. The roof was very nice, but all the floors and surfaces felt dirty and not clean. They have to invest in better and more regular cleaning including in all the public’s corridors and the reception.

It has a rooftop which could be a little bit more clean but overall is an amazing place to stay in Delhi!

Location is not good.
-
Cab booking service is horrible.

The staff were really friendly and super helpful. Our shower stopped draining, and they came right up to fix it. They offer you water all the time. The breakfast was very tasty. Bedroom had good AC and cooled really fast. The area was convenient for our group for our trip.

The property is in a great location and the staff is always at your service 24/7. Very friendly and hospitable! Highly recommended!

It was very modern and clean, and located very near to the square! Our room had plenty of space and very nice. The breakfast was great and the service of the staff, especially Mahi and Gulsed was exceptional! N/A

Basic but fine The interior decor of the central part of the hotel was nothing like the pictures on the hotel site, it looks like it hasn't been painted in 25 years. Some of the rooms are really nice i can say that as we saw two different types of room. The room we were given for our first night (arrived at 0100) was disgusting as the room we had booked hadn't been cleaned, although they tried to offer it to us with full ash trays and unmade beds. When we obviously refused they moved us to the horrid room above (filthy dirty, rusty bathroom fittings, damp looking walls) and the following morning we moved to a really nicely decorated room that was fine. Only leaving this detail as when i suggested we should a have a discounted rate for the first night, they refused. I definitely wouldn't stay here again and couldn't recommend it.

the vibe, the architecture everything about the hotel is what you expect based on the photos and description. The breakfast is amazing and if you tell the team that you are going to agra they have a special lunch box for you. The rooms had a coffee and tea machine and water. Bathroom was fine. Not ultra modern but definitely everything you need. Highly recommend! -

The breakfast is served at 8am, this is too late when one has a whole day of activities to attain to.
-
Roof terrace nice after a busy day. Staff always very friendly. Although good the photos on booking.com are slightly misleading

Amazing property amazing hosts

I would of preferred a more western breakfast - but that's not really a major issue and this is now my favorite hotel in Delhi

We had to leave very early in the morning so we didnt get to eat at the hotel. The rooms were clean and quite spacious which was welcomed as we had just flown from zimbabwe to new delhi. The bathrooms were clean, no doubt, but the holes in the ceilings and lack covering them up was a little disconcerning.

The rooms to the front of the hotel were very noisy

Cleaner, roof top bar and front desk lady were well trained. It’s 2 star hotel and overpriced. All pictures you find at the website look good but don’t reflect reality. We stayed for 4 nights. And each time we had to ask to get amenities ; shampoo, toilet papers, soap, bottles of waters, bags of coffees. They don’t clean up rooms each days, you should ask them. We had been allocated a room faces front street and a room behind. It was impossible to sleep even with ear pins from the street, so we asked to change room but they didn’t agreed. Less hospitality and overpriced. Definitely no coming again.

Be sure you know where it is. Some confusion about the location. HOSPITALITY and attention to details is over the top. Breakfast was exceptional Room needed more art and some rugs. A bit sterile
