Lift it there but it's always off We r stay in 3dr floor but without lift it's so painful to walk ?? Every day morning 6am to 8 am AC off automatically when we asked they replied. Water moter chal hai time lagega ac on hone ko... I don't know what is connections between AC. And water pump

Nothing Room was not as per the photos shown on booking.com. Staff response was very rude. No hot water in room. Bed Matress was very bad in condition and not clean. Room was very small and dirty

There are so many things about the stay i didn't like. Starting from the staff members whose tone of talking was rude. They were least bothered about the travellers and the facilities provided in the room were just poor. I had booked a budget triple room for me and my family and there was no geyser, no AC and the charging points were also not working. Overall for this price the rooms did not meet my expectations for a hotel in New delhi
