Nothing Very bad experience . One of the worst experience so far. The main issue was hygiene and cleanliness. In the morning woke up the water was leaking from the roof in the bathroom and when staff did nothing to fix the same. Very bad quality breakfast. Location is also very conjusted to reach.

we got a very good deal from booking.com, and the staffs and front office manager Mr Ashish was so so helpful and friendly , room was very good more the our expectation. good was delicious. location quite difficulty to find out first time but it is very near to karol bagh main market. thank you

I've had a great stay at Hotel Paras. The hotel front office manager Mr Ashish is very professional, friendly and most important reliable. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. The executive rooms have windows with natural light.

The staff was helpful, but annoyed because there were too many things to fix... Short version of my opinion: This hotel was quite disappointing. The building is very old with a noticeable musty smell. The rooms have no windows, despite what the photos suggest, and hot water was unreliable. The towels were quite worn, and the fridge was rusted, making it uncomfortable to use. Wi-Fi was unstable, making it difficult to stay connected. Breakfast was served in a basement with a leaking ceiling and plastic dishes. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The walls are paper-thin—I could hear everything, from phone calls at reception downstairs to guests in the rooms above. Every night, my upstairs neighbors moved furniture until at least 2 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Long version with points: Never, I repeat, NEVER make the same mistake I did by booking a room here. 1. The hotel is literally falling apart – and that’s not an exaggeration! It’s old, filthy, covered in mold, and has a disgusting musty smell. Feels like no one has renovated it since it was built. 2. Fake windows! The photos make it look like the rooms have windows, but in reality, they are just concrete boxes with no windows at all. It feels like a prison cell. 3. No hot water – especially in the morning! Try washing your hair with ice-cold water – an unforgettable experience (in the worst way possible). 4. Gray towels – they were probably white a decade ago. I couldn’t use them and had to rely on my own sports towel. 5. The fridge was a nightmare – completely rusted, sticky inside. I wouldn’t even put a bottle of water in there. 6. Breakfast was a joke – served in the basement of a neighboring hotel, where the ceiling was leaking and all the dishes were cheap plastic, sticky and gross. I felt like I needed activated charcoal after eating there. 7. The Wi-Fi was a disaster – constantly disconnecting. 8. The walls are paper-thin—I could hear everything, from phone calls at reception downstairs to guests in the rooms above.

Nepali girl at the reception - very courteous, very helpful location nearest to main ajmal khan market & Metro. Nearby full of best North Indian food restaurant and south indian Ashish - at the reception - his expression as if why the guest entered the hotel. No smiling face, No greetings. No helping nature.

I am with my colleague stayed here for 1 night ,the stay was pleasant and the service was excellent. Specially the F/O Manager Mr Ashish was awesome during the entire stay.Overall very nice Thank you very much treebo.
