The Prime Balaji Deluxe @ New Delhi Railway Station

Breakfast and room was good but location was not good.

Nothing I did not have a good experience at this property. The room was not clean, and the toilet was extremely dirty with visible stains. There was dust all over the room, making it feel poorly maintained. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The room phone was also not functioning, so I had to go downstairs to the reception every time I needed assistance. There was no dustbin or toilet paper provided in the room, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, construction work was going on throughout the hotel, making the stay noisy and uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service were far below expectations. Considering the amount they charge, the experience was simply not worth the money. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but its condition and level of service did not reflect that rating at all. It felt more like staying in an unrated budget hotel than a 4-star establishment. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff held some luggage for me free of charge for when I returned to fly out of Delhi. They offer a free pick up or drop off to the airport. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.

I was allowed to check-in earlier and they let me use free airport drop off instead of pick up. I felt safe and staff members were polite.

The room itself was pretty comfortable. The AC and my second room worked very well. I was told there are good AC rooms and bad AC rooms and I was originally put in a bad AC room. So that might be something to ask about. Nice hot water. Good water pressure. There is extensive ongoing construction. The first room that I was in the AC didn't work and someone was banging and drilling into the wall right next to my room so they moved me to a new room and the next day the construction seemed to move right to me again. I went down and talked to the guy at the front desk and he said it's not a problem. The construction's on the second floor you're on the 3rd. I explained to him that I was in room 309 and when I went downstairs to room 209 somebody was drilling into the ceiling AKA my floor and every time I asked they said five more minutes. This continued for several hours. Breakfast was also canceled one of the days and they brought me a plate of cold food to my room instead. And when I asked to extend and inquired about a lower price. I was told that this was the nicest room I would find and anything else I found in the area would not be clean. I am now in a much nicer, modern, quieter, good AC, and comfortable room with breakfast room service included for less money. I think the room may be nice when they finish, but until the construction is done I would not advise staying here. And I definitely would not pay the full price for the room while the work is being done.

I had a wonderful stay at The Prime Balaji Deluxe in Delhi. The hotel is perfectly located near New Delhi Railway Station and the Delhi Metro, making it extremely convenient for travelers exploring the city or catching trains and airport connections. The surrounding area has plenty of local markets, exchange houses, shops, and restaurants, so everything you need is just a short walk away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast — absolutely awesome with a good variety of delicious Indian and continental options to start the day perfectly. Ac and tv could be improved..lobby ac not available

It was value for money. The food is really good, and the staff provide really good service. Car pick-up service quality can be improved by having a different and clean car in place. That was the only thing to improvise on.

What impressed me the most was the cleanliness. The rooms, lobby, and bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, ensuring everything was fresh, neat, and hygienic. The bed was super comfortable, and the room provided a relaxing environment after a long day of travel. A special appreciation to the front desk team for their energetic and alert service. Amazing hospitality Great stay again and again

I heard that the locality of the hotel was not very safe. That was my only concern.

Anchith was very nice . The hospitality was very nice. Every staff very adjustable and cordial. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Nothing there to specify, because it was great experience with Prime Balaji.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times on this trip. Closed to Delhi Train Station. The Hotel was on a quiet street but next to busy street. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was nice with choices. Good staff service. Airport pick up service was difficult in finding driver and parking charge was too high.

The location is spot on, accessible to metro stations and walking distance to the downtown, New Dehli location but the experience is old Dehli vibe. Very helpful staffs.
