the room was functional, they gave us a fruit platter when we arrived. the hotel didn't look like in the pics. It is dated and in need of maintenance. For some reason, they turn the hot water off at night, causing us to not have hot water when we get up early to catch our flight. The location was close to some things, Karol Barg market, the airport, metro station, etc, but the hotel was surrounded by automotive repair shops and their associated smells and dirt. Making it difficult to walk through. Night time was noise. Breakfast was meger and served in the room.

At the time of booking it was made very clear by me that we require three rooms and we are six adults. But it sent a confirmation for three rooms with 3 adults and the hotel people collected three thousand more from you. Please arrange for a refund of this money paid extra I need a refund from you for wrong booking Mentioning the number guests as three whereas we have clearly mentioned at the time of booking as six guests in three rooms

Well maintained property. Clean and aesthetic. All the staffs are friendly and polite. Room service is also good. All the queries are resolved instantly. Breakfast and dinner food is also great. free wifi with good speed. hotel just 20 mints from train sttaion. and just 5 mints from metro all good . recommended

Rooms wer good. Really pathetic services. No toiletries at all. Pathetic breakfast. They charged us for water also inspite of the fact it's mentioned in the booking that there would be two water bottle on daily basis. Won't visit it again

Bed was comfortable, shower good, Good location, price extremely good Pillows seen better days, shower room also seen better days but for the price it's OK for a few days and as they say you get what you pay for! All in all I would stay again
