Bed was comfortable . The bell boy who accompanied me during check in ignored my request to switch on the television, as the TV was just for show off and was not functional in room no #303.Bathroom shower was very old.Room no #303 intercom was not working so could not request for food orders by phone. Towel was provided next day after request to the reception staff.There was no .Bathroom Mug.

The Bathrooms were not clean. The AC in our room didn't have a remote and we couldn't adjust the temperatures. The telephones in one of our rooms were out of service too.

Nothing very creepy hotel, not good for family, very old , staff behaviour is very rude. Only good for time pass couple. Nothing creepy, I would not recommend this place for family. Photos on the app or online are very old you will not find anything the same as shown in the app picture.

Staff is extremely good. Professional and caring. I was travelling with family staff provided every thing required for my family to make my trip unforgettable. Rooms are comparatively small.and bathroom little untidy.
