Front desk was extremely helpful in keeping me in the same room for 3weeks as I was in town for work, they did an amazing job!!!

I liked that they probably was clean, and ran on a strict program to ensure the comfort of the guests. I didn’t like that it didn’t have an elevator to get to and from the 2nd floor. If you’re staying long term and carrying groceries or extra luggage, that can be a lot to carry up stairs.

Absolutely nothing. The first room I was in did not have a working shower. The kitchen walls and outlets were covered in grease and food. There were holes in the dressers and dirt under the TV. The second room was ok but still dirty and definitely not worth the money they charge. Plus you get one set of towels and have to provide your own toilet paper. It's similar to a run down apartment complex rather than a hotel. The majority of the people live there as a full time residence. The people above me had kids and it sounded like they were about to jump through the ceiling.

The area it was located. Close to all shopping. Good thing since there was nothing in the room there site said was there. Everything with the hotel. No supplies as stated on web. Rooms look nothing like pictured. Dirty floors, bathroom, countertops and bed looked like someone was already sleeping in it. Shower faucets not attached to the wall with no water pressure. Had to turn off water to toilet each time used due to leak. Sign at desk says 318.00 for the week. I was charged 470.00 for the week. When asked was told that that's for the monthly rate. Asked for clean towels and was told there's a laundry for guest to use. You can wash the ones in your room and take them with you when you leave. Who does that? Also was told that if wanted better service should go next door and pay 100.00 more. She also said that once paid there is absolutely no refund. My trip ended costing so much more then expected and left a day early. Very disappointing.

First night, my flight was delayed and I wasn’t going to get there until 11 pm, check in was at 7. When I got there, I was denied check in and was charged for that night. Second night, they told me that I was not old enough to stay, even though I had already booked and paid the booking fee and the first nights stay that I wasn’t allowed, and they charged me once again. I had to pay 2 nights and was not allowed to stay either nights under no fault of my own. Terrible experience. Walking into this place, it looks nothing like the pictures, quite frankly it doesn’t look like it has been inspected in well over 20 years. Terrible smell, musty, and the room that I had looked at had bed bugs. Shiela (the lady at the front desk) was wonderful. She tried to help as much as possible, but the company just wasn’t allowing it. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. This hotel should be shut down. Or at least inspected.

The check in and out policy. They do not clean the rooms as advertised. 3 weeks with no room service. Toilet didnt work and wouldnt get fixed.
