The staff was great. Beach and pool were awesome. A little disappointed the tiki bar was closed at 4 on a sunny, hot, summer Sunday.

Great clean basic oceanside property, the staff is great and they work hard! Love the Oceanview balconies.

This is my new “go-to” for staycations at the beach! I love this place—the prices are great; all rooms have a view, tje decor is beautiful; the pools (indoor and outdoor) plus hot tub are excellent. It’s close to everything in Daytona Beach Shores, and the staff are so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place!

The pictures on Expedia are all AI and the property doesn’t look anything like the pictures do we were extremely upset. We were only in our room for five minutes and we turned around and walked out.

Always a good time when we go to Perry’s. Wish the kids suite was having a bigger kitchen like the north tower 2 bed and sofa bed rooms. Orher than that, everything was great

Staff were definitely amazing. Building itself needs much updating. Breakfast needs more options. There were gnats in my room and the room smelled odd upon arrival.

Very nostalgic staying at Perry's again! Only issue I had was the shower water pressure, which was no one's fault because they were repairing one of the water heaters. Staff was great, my room was clean and the ocean view was perfect!

The staff, specifically Michelle was amazing and so friendly. The amenities were perfect for my family. The only negative I have is the water pressure in the shower was very low and the temperature of the water did not get very hot. Otherwise would definitely recommend!
